How Can We Improve Any.Do for personal users?

Repeat reminder throughout the day

Would love to have feature of repeat reminder through out day if I forgot to check and or missed a task. I would love a nudge from any.do about the task I missed.
Would be good for medication schedule through out the day be on track.
