    My day suggestion to be able to sort by folder, due date or name.

  2. Rich text in task notes

    When adding notes to a tasks and actually even to the heading of the task, it would be great to be able to bold, italic, highlight, strick through text. At the moment I have to resort to adding special characters to separating sections.

    In my opinion I feel like it's important to being able to read your text properly to be more efficient at tasks and part of that is being able to present your text properly.

  8. Board Tasks: Create hyperlinks directly

    I suggest implementing the ability to create hyperlinks directly instead of relying solely on copying and pasting links into the text box., it would also be beneficial to allow users to rename attachments for better organisation and clarity.

  9. Boards: Support custom templates on mobile

    As a project manager, and even if i was not a PM but as a simple business owner, I need workflow to follow certain repeatable steps. That standardization is key to successful projects. The projects need to be saveable as templates for repetition in the future. This way, one does not have to build new sections with new todo’s every time a new project is launched. Not having this type of feature (perhaps with task durations saved) simply defeats the purpose of a team project management system. Look at any other PM system - you’ll immediately see my point.

    Custom Templates are already available on the web app (from the board's menu) and will become available on mobile as well in the future. For now, we recommend using the web app to set these :)

  11. Widgets: Make it possible to add items to workspace boards

    When using the widget to add something, I only have the option to choose among my lists. I then have to go on my pc and move it to the appropriate board.

  12. Default view in "All My Tasks" should combine tasks from My lists & Workspace

    I don't want to have to toggle between private "My List" and "Workspace" tasks in the "All My Tasks" view. While "My List" and "Workspace" could be optional filters to refine the view of all tasks, the default should be everything assigned to me.

    Checklist Items have Duedates- but they don't right now come up in the Calendar view - which is important

  14. Board Automations: "Archive a task" as an action

    Board Automations are great, but it should include "Archive a task" as an action after the trigger, so tasks can actually disappear from the board.

  16. Support recurring checklist items

  17. Notion integration (Native)

    Please add a native Notion integration rather than only via Zapier.

    Notion has so many product evangelists, adding a native integration could only benefit Any.do

  18. Support backup & restore all data

    We all live in a dream until the day we LOSET OUR DATA....

    Whether because of human error, or hacking, or loss of access, or any other reason, when we lose our little world it becomes broken, disoriented and lost.

    We'll hear technical support say they're sorry... but at this point it's too late for you.

    The solution is simple, BACKUP and RESTORE all data of Any.do.
    Like Todoist do...

    If we are aware of the problem, we can prevent it instead of crying later!

  19. Adding creation date and update date when creating notes

    It would be great if you add a constant creation date and update date for each task and step we create.
