How Can We Improve Any.Do for personal users?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Widget: Add to/ show specific list

    I always use widget for adding new task. But I would like to choose category same time from widget and see only that list.

  2. Color Tags: Option to reorder

    I love the tags allready!! but please make it possible to order them, alphabeticly and in categories. Now I have tags of all my customers but they are in the order i created the tags. Because i have a lot of customers its hard to find the right one when i want to tag a task.

    But tags are very usefull as proof'n today. A customer called, I searched his tag and I saw all the open to do actions i needed to discuss with him =)

    would Love to have a custom button for
    date and time options in the Any.DO moment planner.

  4. Calendar: Custom event reminder

    Add a custom option to allow event reminders to be scheduled at any amount of time before the event.

  6. Calendar: Display colored dots in agenda

    I would love it if the calendar in the app was just like the calendar in the widget.
    Reasons the widget is better:
    1. Dots under dates indicate events
    2. Only see events/tasks for ONE date by selecting it
    3. Don't have to deal with the annoying scrolling function
    4. Better for "At a glance"

  8. Widget: Weekly/ Monthly/ Yearly View

    Love the new calendar widget, but six rows of dates takes up a lot of valuable screen space! Please consider something more like the calendar view inside the app, with just one week's dates at the top and a list of events and tasks below.

  9. Billing: Support Alipay

    Most people in China use Alipay, so it is vey inconvenient that the only option for paying is Paypal. Can you please add an option to pay with Alipay?

  13. UI: Autosave editing changes

    At the moment, if you are interrupted by anything without saving the text entered, then Any.do will drop anything you've already entered and you'll need to start over again. If you have to check details in another apps you end up loosing text entered so far.

    Being able to add new tasks from within Moment would be fantastic! This would allow for a lot more flexibility in planning your day effectively.

    We’ve had this option as part of a new Moment feature we were testing. Unfortunately it did not perform well and therefore it was deprecated. At this time we’re not planning any more changes to this feature but will definitely be willing to reconsider in the future :)

  16. do@any.do: Email tasks with attachments

    Wouldn't it be great if the body of an email became notes and any attachments were automatically added as attachments to the task?

  17. Sharing: Enable/ disable notifications

    Can you please add an option to disable notifications? My wife and I do a lot of our shopping separately, and every time my wife or I deletes something from our list it sends a notification to the other one's phone. This can be problematic if the other one is in a meeting or at school and the phone is constantly going off.

  18. Moment: Incorporate local weather forecast

    Would be great to have option to display the local weather forecast on our lists when set to date view. Weather would also be a handy addition to Moment.

  19. Grocery List: Check/ uncheck items

    An option to make grocery lists into checklists: You should be able to set all the items you want on your list, and then just checkmark them when you've bought them, and uncheck them once you need to buy them again. You would add the items once, and then each week only choose the items that are relevant without creating a new grocery list each week.
