How Can We Improve Any.Do for personal users?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. DIAGRAMATICAL VIEW FOR BETTER ADJUSTMENT OF OUR TASKS/TODOs

    DIAGRAMATICAL VIEW e.g (VENN DIAGRAM) FOR BETTER ADJUSTMENTS OF OUR TASKS TO ORGANISE THE OVERLAPPING IN A WEEK VIEW. FOR EXAMPLE IF I HAVE A TASK TO READ A BOOK AT 7:00 PM ON COMING FRIDAY, AND THERE ALSO HAD ANOTHER TASK THAT IS GOING TO BE HAPPEN AT SAME DATE AND TIME, IT WOULD SHOW US DIAGRAMATICALLY ITS OVERLAPPING.

  2. Calendar: Allow scrolling through calendar view (desktop)

    When distributing tasks into calendar, I would like to just quickly move to next week/month by gesture. Now you have to always move cursor almost through the whole screen to push small button to go to next or previous and then back to tasks shown in the list on the right.

  3. Back up task Attachments

    It need to back up my attachments per task. I got so many images. I had to reinstall anydo but did not have any attachments in them, It took me 4 days work to add them one by one. And I still did not get all them attached

  4. New feature: Sequencial Task

    Often, we complete a task that will result in another. Ex.:
    1st - Send report to someone.
    2nd - Request feedback on the report the next day.

    Nowadays, it is necessary to complete the task and create a new one. It would be great if there was a button like "Complete+" that, when clicked, would already open a new task. This would help with productivity and prevent me from forgetting to create a follow-up task.

  5. There is an issue happening where when I try to edit something mid way it starts deleting or adding right from the last word. Can you please

    There is an issue happening in any.do after recent update where when I try to edit a reminder at the beginning it starts editing at the end

  8. Ability to Turn Off Smart Type in Windows App

    Add the setting to Turn Off Smart Type in the Windows App as can be done in the Android App. Some of us never use it and it just makes it more difficult to add a task since you have to undo the smart typing it does. Thank you

  11. Any.do tasks should automatically re-order based on time.

    It is tiresome to have to reorganize tasks once I have added times to them, and quite inefficient.

  16. Recurring menu dan hide completed task

    i want "recurring menu" when i create a task for the first time. so i doesnt need to edit the task again to put recurring option. And please add option to hide completed task.

  17. Add alarm for high priority precisely timed tasks

    Some tasks are important and are of high priority at a specific time. These tasks should not be handled as other normal tasks. So, I think an option to add alarm for such tasks if the user was away from phone is very critical to finish the task exactly on time.

    Bigger thumbnails for attached photos to tasks we're talking 2x3 inches or so and native photo viewing a la tick ticks implementation

  19. Add Start date option to tasks

    Please add the option to add a start date to tasks so that they don't show up in the list or the Plan My Day, etc until the start date. For example, sometimes I create a task that I won't be able to even start until a few months later but I don't want to forget about it. This has already been a feature in Microsoft Outlook for a long time and works well. Thank you.

  20. desktop global add shortcut

    A desktop global add shortcut would be amazing to have, this is the feature that makes me use ticktick/todoist despite not having a proper my day section. It would be amazing!
