Next 7 Days: Add backlog list
Next 7 Days view is really useful for planning, however all new tasks are added in the "Today" column and then get dragged along if the task is not planned or completed.
It would be convenient if new tasks are appended to a backlog/new column where they can be planned in when necessary. This cleans up the "Today" column, giving a more clear view on what actually has to happen today.19 votes -
Create Task / Subtask templates
In my personal life I have quite a few tasks that contain multiple subtasks. Being able to create a template that I can easily slot in on a day to complete this task would make it easier than having to re-write the 12+ subtasks for the multiple tasks I have going on.

'my day' and 'next 7 days' should be in sync + notes on calendar
i just realised that the 'today' task in 'next 7 days' doesnt appeared the 'my day' task, it would be great if the team make it in sync
i highly suggest for having notes on calendar, its easy to view what's happening during that day for a monthly planner person like me
(can be in premium) It's good to have a habit tracker with data (eg. table data that shows on which day we actually accomplish it)

Auto save
We need a auto save option, there are so many times when tasks and sub tasks just don't get saved, it's extremely frustrating.
Once I have typed a subtask and hit enter and I move onto the next subtask it should automatically auto save.. Sometimes even after hitting save it does not save the sub tasks.
Auto save should be enabled app wide!!!

Add Task analytics
Add task analytics like waterdo app. There are very few apps that lets you see in which category you are completing most tasks and perhaps even show us at what time.
Checking off tasks is useless unless it's tracked.
Also a daily reminder to review the tasks. Basically copy all the good features of waterdo app. I almost bought it but got disappointed by its UI.
UI is your strong area. Now back it up with even more useful features

Smart type
When i type a task followed by Smart type reminder such as day and time. The reminder is set, but the time and day are displayed along with the task in the list. This wasnt their in the previous version. How to avoid that ?

Settings option to turn off timestamp
I rarely need or want to set a specific time of day to perform or have a task completed by. But every time I make new entries, it defaults to a time and then I have to manually go into each new task to switch off the timestamp.
Would really like a master “Timestamp Off” switch in the Settings so that new entries don’t have a time, but of course if I decide I want to set a time I can still go in and edit as normal. This option would save me a lot of redundant time switching times…

Filter / Sort the Suggested Tasks in the Calendar View
Hi guys - I love the new My Calendar view - thanks so much for this, it's amazing!
My request is about the "Unscheduled Tasks" view on the right. I have a lot of unscheduled Tasks, as I keep them in a kind of "backlog" status. I keep them unscheduled because otherwise I just end up setting a date, never getting to them and then having to bump them out into the future again. Because of this, the "Suggested Tasks" list isn't very useful to me, because it has things from ALL my lists, including all these backlog items. It…

assign tasks to tags and lists via the task creation input on web
you can type # or / in the ios app to add a task to a list or tag group. I heavily use the webapp and have basically stopped using lists and tags because its so annoying to have to go add them after the task was created

Alphabetical sort - I would upgrade to premium if you included this
You've only had customers ask for this since 2017. I can't believe that its that difficult to do. I would even pay more (upgrade) if you included it in the premium version as I'm sure a lot of other people might.

Uygulama yapılacak listesi olarak görevini fazlasıyla yerine getiriyor ancak uygulamayı alışkanlık takibi için kullanacak olanlar için ya da aynı zaman dilimi içerisinde ilerleyen süreçte de aynı etkinliği yapacak olan kişiler için bir tekrarlayan etkinlik özelliği gelmesi gerekiyor. Örneğin kitap okuma alışkanlığı kazanmak isteyen biri bunu takvime 1 kere girmeli ve sonrasında tekrar eden etkinlik olarak işaretleyip açılacak ekranda hangi günlerde bu etkinliği tekrar etmek istediğini seçebilmeli. Böyle bir özellik gelirse uygulamaya çok şey katabilir.

Grocery lists: allow auto catagorise when there are quantities given
If I add lemons to a grocery list it correctly lists it under "fruits and veg" but if I want to remind myself how many to get then it doesn't I've tried "lemons, 10" "10 lemons", "lemons (10 large)". I suggest anything after a comma or in brackets is ignored along with numbers at the start of an item for purposes of auto categorise.

Let users set what time day starts in calendar
Not all of us start our day at midnight. It would ne nice to have the day atart at a time of user choosing so we cont have to scroll past midnight to get to the start of the day. It can cause confusion sometimes. Plus many of us consider 2am to he part of the previous day

Calendar: Suggest all tasks (not just unscheduled)
In calendar view, only unscheduled tasks are shown. We need the ability to see all tasks with filters as in My Day view. Calendar View is powerful and I tend to find it far more useful than my day view

Feature Request: Implementing a Centralized Task Table View in Any.do
Greetings! I'm Shayan, representing a digital agency that utilizes Any.do to streamline team management and task organization. We've effectively compartmentalized our clients and projects across distinct boards. However, we believe that a centralized table view encompassing all tasks from every board would significantly enhance our workflow efficiency. This table should include a dedicated column indicating the corresponding board for each task.
