How Can We Improve Any.Do for personal users?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Allow in-line task editing

    When I want to edit a task I have to tap the task, tap “rename”, edit the task title, tap save. I would like to just tap the task name and edit right there. Common behavior in other apps.

  2. Calander View for Tasks

    I need to know a top view of my tasks by seeing a monthly view on calander so that i can tell people i am free on this day but in any.do its difficult to see calander and there is no option at all
    If this feature not there i might dont buy the premium next year and i have to stop using this and move to other application i am waiting for this feature from 6 months still not avilable 😤

  3. Sub task

    Make the sub task cell bigger (vertically?) so that if the text is more than just a couple of words it will still be visible in first glance rather then having to iterate through the words.

    Will he super helpful, to me, and coworkers that use it!

  4. Set different start time on repeating task

    Having the issue there I have a task that has one start time during the week and another during the weekend. Now I have solved this by making two identical task but with different start times. But it looks odd having two task with the same name. Would be nice to have the option to set different time depending on what day of the week it is.

    Upgrade Whatsapp bot integration with list items. I really like the bot, but its functionality is limited. I'd really like the option to add list items, for example to add grocery items or to request an overview of the grocery list

    Filter accessible on main screen

    The filter button is in a submenu, rather than accessible by pressing the All Tasks title or similar.

    There seems to be room for an arrow to bring up tags specially of the button to set up integrations weee removed which would seem to be an occasional task rather than a regular one. Unless I am missing something. But I don't use it at all amd ifnIndid wouldnt I want tonset it up and leave it. The integrations button seems more informational that actionable.

    But I want to access the tag filter but don't because…

    I have no filter option to show tasks with no tag. A default "No tag" filter option would be essential. Could you implement it?

  11. My Day - Suggestions - Jira - Show Jira ID next to the summary shown on Jira cards

    It will help if you show the Jira issue ID next to the Summary (or next to the "Jira" label because the summary can be duplicated. Even better if you can also show the Parent Id / Issue Id given that a parent Id is present

  15. Allow to change default due time or date for new notes

    If i add a new note via the app, i can directly select

    • Tomorrow morning
    • Next week
    • Someday
    • Others

    Only the someday option leads to a simple note, without poping up later forcing me to select a date or time. I need to open the Moments feature and then click someday for all of my notes. Which is annoying.

    I would like to select "Someday" as my default setting for new notes.

    If i add a note via the widget, there is no select of these options. So i end up with the described problem.

  16. Recurring task per minute or hour

    Hello,

    I'm a big fan of this tool, but I'd like to use it to manage tasks with recurring hourly or minute reminders.

    For example, if I have a task due tomorrow at 9am, but for some reason I can't get it done, I'd like to have the option to have the tool remind me every 13 minutes that I have to do the task.

    It would be very important for me to have this functionality.
