How Can We Improve Any.Do for personal users?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  2. Grocery list: Purchase dates

    it would be nice to have a date tagged to each purchase. helps in tracking the usage of groceries over a period & planning. Like if some item is being bought too frequent OR planning for purchase before it's used up fully...

  4. Recurring

    Recurring tasks could have a mode or button yhst allows the task to reset with every occurrence, so each day if I want to do 10 situps, wash the dishes, and eat some cheese ( things I dont actually put in a todo list but just as examples) then each day I can tick them off - or at least reset the subtasks.
    At the moment, the subtasks that are completed remain s completed with each repeated reminder.
    This makes the recurrent task a recurrent reminder to do a task with partially completed subtasks.

    The actual tasks work as expected…

  5. A way to easily duplicate tasks to add to next days on the 7 day page

    The idea is suppose I have a task listed on Monday. I know that through this whole week or maybe even the next couple of days I have to do that same task. If I could select the task, duplicate it (sorta like a ctrl c, ctrl v), and paste it into other days I need to do that same task.

  6. Product: Subtasks should be saved by hitting “save”

    You’re in an exciting conversation and you open your favorite todo app Any.Do and add a todo. Then you add a subtask and hit “save” and the later when you open your task your sub task was not saved 😭.

    I don’t think I’m alone in being so frustrated when the most visible command doesn’t do what it says it will do. Please make subtasks save when you hit “save”

  9. UI : Disable Vibration option

    Please add the option to disable the vibration. I love this app but the overly strong vibration makes it very annoying to use. Until this is fixed I cannot use or recommend this app.

  11. Moves ads from menu to somewhere where it has less impact on screen real estate

    Positive incentives (adding functionality) are better than negative (paying to get rid of annoyances). The "Go Premium" and "Create Workspace" buttons take up 20% of the sidebar on my laptop screen. I deleted a workspace I didn't have access to, without knowing what I was losing, just to reduce it from 25%.

  12. WearOS/Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Complication

    The only thing keeping me from switching to Any.do from Todoist is that Any.do does not offer complication for my Galaxy Watch5 (WearOS). I find that checking things off quickly on my watch as I complete a task before moving onto the next one (whether grabbing items from the grocery store or working on a project) is immensely helpful in actually getting me to use the to do lists rather than simply make them and then forget about them. Is this something already in the works and to be released soon, or is this something that Any.do is not interested…

  13. Sending customized reminders on whatsapp instead of just task name

    Reminders received on whatsapp are just the title of task, there are no details included such as sub tasks, footnotes etc. Instead of using task title for reminder message, kindly develop a function wherein user can customize a reminder E.g - For a task of shopping the user can customize reminder message on whatsapp as : " Don't forget to buy groceries".

    Bigger Text. The text in the Widget is too Small. The "make the text bigger from the phone settings" response is The Worst and it doesn't work Well. The text from the phone Will Be Giant while the text from the app will still be much smaller :| That response that you gave is the worst.

    The idea of subtasks is great for organising steps, but for big tasks being able to add each subtask to the a day would be very good

  18. Make sorting newest first by default in daily list

    Make sorting newest first by default in daily list.
    Now if you add new item in list, it go to the first row. But in first row needs to be a "last item" in list. Make please changing and selecting order of listing in settings.
