How Can We Improve Any.Do for personal users?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  2. Product: Disable vibration when moving tasks

    Please give the opportunity to disable vibrating feedback when moving tasks in the list. It is extremely annoying, especially in public.

  3. UI: Select new tasks location (top/ bottom)

    When new tasks are added to a list, at present they populate the TOP of the list. New tasks should be added at the end of the list. If I have a list of tasks that I am thinking about in order, and I enter them consecutively, I end up with a list that is backwards!

    I really like Any.do, but simple UX flaws like this will probably prevent me from switching over to it.

  4. Calendar: Allow choosing colors

    In the calendar when you have multiple calendars synced these are assigned heir own default colours based on the order you added them. It would be better if I could choose my own colors ie) red for personal, blue for work, green for birthdays and yellow for Boston bruins schedule. Thanks! :)

  5. Calendar: Display colored dots in agenda

    I would love it if the calendar in the app was just like the calendar in the widget.
    Reasons the widget is better:
    1. Dots under dates indicate events
    2. Only see events/tasks for ONE date by selecting it
    3. Don't have to deal with the annoying scrolling function
    4. Better for "At a glance"

  6. Option to sort tasks by priority level

    Should add an option for multiple priority levels with the ability to sort tasks in order of their priority.

    Simply use our color tags to set your priorities and see them in list view under the Grid option :)

  7. Integration: Bixby

    Can you please add integration for Bixby the same way there is for Siri and Google Assistant?

  8. Product: No-sound/ 'vibrate only' mode

    For me sound is annoying and often inconvenient. I prefer vibration only. Can you add a preference of "no sound" or "silent" in the sound preference picker?

  9. Product: Add Grocery icon to widget

    To reach easily to grocery list from widget, I recommend to add an icon next to task and calendar tabs for going through grocery list. It's so wonderful that you add smart grocery list, but it's difficult to reach this list from widget.

  11. Moment: Display Color Tags

    When plan my day, and we have a lot item and tags, it's more difficult identify items tags, because It not appears. It's better if when planning day, every items visibility the tags corresponding. Some case we have same item on different tags.

    It would be convenient to be able to open the app and find a grocery list as the default list.

  15. Reminders - set prefferd reminder hours

    When adding a new task, and setting a reminder, it's asking to choose between 09:00, 15:00, 18:00 or custom.

    For me, as an example, morning tasks should be at 10:00. So whenever I'm setting a reminder for tomorrow morning, I need to manually custom made it to 10 o'clock.

    My suggestion is to let the user set in the preferences the reminder's default hours. So that he won't have to manually custom it for each task.

  16. Widget: Allow adjusting transparency

    Let us adjust the transparency value of the transparent widget. Right now it's too dark for me because of my wallpaper, should be a simple integration.

  19. Reminder: Open app from pop-up

    When clicking a notification I'd like to have it open the app or leave it the way it is now but add a button to the popup to open the reminder in the app like maybe clicking the title or the bell to open the app.

  20. Google assistant read out tasks for today

    Google assistant should have a voice command to read out items for today/tomorrow both for idividual lists as well as all lists.

    Currently any.do items cannot be read out when asking what the agenda for the day is
