3. Tasks: 1:1 Task Assignment in the People Tab

   We doesn't want to see a 1:1 Task Assignment feature added to the app? This functionality would allow users to assign tasks directly to individuals, which would:
   • Automatically add the task to the recipient’s worklist.
   • Appear in the People Overview tab, providing managers and admins with a clear view of open tasks per person, whether for teams or individuals.

   This feature would boost productivity and streamline task delegation while maintaining the current overview. It’s also a great way to encourage deeper adoption of the app across teams, as users would rely on it even more for direct task management.

   How it Works:
   • Add a ‘+Add Task’ button in the People Tab of the general menu.
   • Assign tasks 1:1 without visibility to others (ensuring privacy).
   • Tasks assigned this way still integrate into team overviews and relevant task lists, keeping everything organized and centralized.

6. Tags: Allow to re-order board tags

   Hi, I work for a law firm and have a bunch of tags I've created for our team- urgent (red), important (orange), asap (yellow), client communications (pink), court communications (blue), etc. We'd like the ability to be able to move the order around. You can't do this in the tag dialog box, the order is the order you put them in. Perhaps you could also consider having 2 types of tags instead of one long list- 1)priority tags and 2)custom tags

   Now all automation rules are lost in the template. And I have same rules for all boards, which use this same template. And I have to add the automation rules separately to each and every board that I create using my template.

   Show task columns in "Al my tasks" & "Next 7 days" for workspace tasks (now it shows only the board name). Please let location of the workspace task in "Al my tasks" & "Next 7 days" show not only the space > board information, but space > board > column

11. Views: Make Custom fields visible for External Viewers

    It has no sense to Publish a board for external viewers, if they won't see the full content of the cards on the board (the custom fields are missing on the cards).

    Also it would be better to allow external viewers to switch views, so they can see the table view.

12. Product: Environments in Workspace

    Hello,
    About me: I am a manager (aka administrator) in six companies and a 3D artist, I have a lot of tasks and deadlines that I needed to organize, so I was forced to look for a tool to organize my affairs.

    I faced the problem that I cannot separate, hide, fully complete the tasks that I need to perform, since I have two different areas of activity that should not intersect, there are a lot of tasks, so for one workspace this is too much.
    I will give an example:
    I need to create a working 3D model for work in Unreal Engine, for this the model must have a shape, the shape must have its own features, it must also have a texture, there are also several of them, then animation, animation also has several types (idle animation, walking, running, etc.), visual effects, the skeleton of the model itself.
    Only for one task here already used:

    Boards - animation, mesh, etc
    Sections - What is in progress, what is planned
    Tasks - what model to animate, consider that I have more than one model
    Checklist - what part to animate or what type of animation to make (idle animation, walking animation, running animation)

    To mark what I am doing today, this is already a huge list that is difficult to divide, now imagine the work of a manager at a manufacturing company, whose product goes through all stages from the idea to sale on the shelves, as well as the lists of a 3D artist.

    What I suggest - for the workspace add the title categories "Environment":

    Workspace
    ↳ Environment #1 (3D art)
    Board #1
    Board #2
    ...
    ↳ Environment #2 (Management)
    Board #1
    Board #2
    ...

    I also suggest a system for moving a product between Boards.
    For example, a product has passed the idea stage and needs to be sent for implementation. Artists prepare a layout and offer developers to develop a product. The person responsible for the Board (Design) moves the Task (the product itself) to the Board (development)
    A request is created to accept the task, and it appears in the main chat of the environment that it was ready and moved to a new section.
    The head of the second Board (Development) considers whether everything is in order and accepts the Task to the Board or rejects it with a comment (if rejected, a comment is required), and also notifies the head of the first Board that the Task was rejected.

    Also, when creating a comment, add the ability to mark exactly where the problem is and create a link to move to this section, as is done with adding tasks to the list.
    For example, I need to mark that the animation of the legs is incorrect, I write:
    "Incorrect animation of the right leg"
    /Board/Task/Checklist#4 (it will create an automatic path to this place and create a link to the fourth item of the checklist, which has the name "Legs" (for example), and also mark the Task and a specific item in the Checklist with the ⚠️ icon, when clicked, a comment will appear.
    The same can be implemented for the Board head, who, when unchecking the "done" mark, can return the checklist item from the crossed out state with the same sign and comment.
    The person responsible for this task will be notified.
    If you do not create a path to a specific checklist, then only the task itself will be marked.

    And add the ability to hide other Environments while working with one of them. When choosing tasks for today, add the ability to choose in which environment the work will be performed. The implementation is not difficult if you think of environments as folders.

    Also add the ability to clone the Task and inherit.
    Cloning: the task will be completely copied, leaving it marked as done in one Board but will be reopened in the second Board, preserving everything items.
    Inheritance: the same as moving, but the tags are copied (optional which ones), if they are in this Board too, as well as the ability to supplement the checklist with additional items.
    Also add the ability to move Boards between Environments (this will definitely be useful for someone)

    With such capabilities, integrating the application into manufacturing companies would be much easier.

    I would like to write a few more words about other small details. The mobile version does not have a menu button on the main page, which does not provide quick access to the settings.
    The dark theme is more like the Windows "high contrast" theme, which simply eats away at the eyes (I hope you understand what I mean)

14. Support backup & restore all data

    We all live in a dream until the day we LOSET OUR DATA....

    Whether because of human error, or hacking, or loss of access, or any other reason, when we lose our little world it becomes broken, disoriented and lost.

    We'll hear technical support say they're sorry... but at this point it's too late for you.

    The solution is simple, BACKUP and RESTORE all data of Any.do.
    Like Todoist do...

    If we are aware of the problem, we can prevent it instead of crying later!

17. Product: Ability to use Mac voice control/dictation on desktop/web

    Hi I'm loving the Siri/Apple Reminders integration to add tasks to anydo from my iphone on the go. However there is a delay in seeing those tasks on the web screen. We'd love to be able to tun on the voicecontrol icon on our Mac deskop and enter a task directly that way as well.

18. My Day: Add to my day ability to see top 10 tasks and today's top 2 objectives

    It's recommended by productivity gurus to only have 10 tasks or less on your plate in a given day for your task list to be achieveable as well as having 2 top priority tasks to focus on in a given day. We would love to see these capabilties added to My Day

20. My Day: Make add to my day function more prominent

    Right now the add to my day button (looks like a bullseye) is very small and not as noticeable as we would like. Can you make it more prominent somehow by adding it to the button area that says assign, due date, #tags etc?
