How Can We Improve Any.Do for personal users?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. Product: Support Dutch on web/desktop

    I can use Any.do in the dutch language on my smartphone as well. But in the web there is no dutch language to choose. Please can you add dutch in the web version?

  2. Product: Desktop view for IPAD

    Hello,
    I love the Desktop view and I think it would be critical if we could have it in the IPAD version as well, mainly for two features:
    1. The "kanban" look of the "next 7 days" and the "all tasks" which helps see all tasks clearer
    2. The option to add labels to multiple tasks at once

    This could help make practice of more methods of GTD from more portable surfaces. Even if the view will not be perfect it would still be amazing

  3. Product: Implement MFA

    Hi, since the comment section from my original post is closed I submit a new topic.

    I asked for MFA implementation with TOTP, mail and Webauthn to fit actual security standard and let the opportunity to users to increase the security of their data.

    What you did is implementing 2FA: second factor authentication since you only support one type of second factor.
    MFA stand for multiple factor authentication, meaning we should be able to choose multiple methods.

    Your implementation was fast and messy, you enabled mail factor for all your users without warning them first and you don't provide any…

  4. Moment: cancel/ignore button for repeat tasks

    When using moment, I have repeat tasks that I know I can't do that day. I don't want to defer because I know it will appear again on correct day. Also I don't want to have to think when I need to deffer to because I have set them up correctly. So the only option is delete, but this deletes the recuring task completely. So when it's a recuring task another button is shown, I.e. Cancel / Ignore. either on 1st moment choices or in a sub choices of remove
    which shows Remove / Ignore.

    For now I can complete…

  5. Smart Type: Enable/disable date in title

    There could be an option for the user to choose in the settings whether they want the date and time to appear in the task title when we write it next to the title so the app can automatically mark it on the calendar. I wouldn't like to have the date and time in the title if it already appears on the side.

  10. Tags: Add more color options

    Like anyone who uses task management, I rely a lot on tags. I have many tags which I have problem differentiating them, since the colors' varation is limited and the shades of one color are very close to each others. Adding more colors can help a lot, or better adding a color palette like several other apps.

  14. Tasks with reoccuring time gets assigned to Today

    A task that reoccurs every Sunday should not default to "Today" in the Next 7 Days View but rather should show every Sunday

  15. Option to hide MyDay random messages on top of the page

    HI, I love Anydo.
    I'd like an option to hide the messages on top of myDay, they are kind of distracting and annoying. And sometimes irrelevant, I might have 'buying eggs' and 'watching a movie' left for the day and it has nothing to do with making great accomplishments.

  16. Add tip on WhatsApp integration steps

    When I try to enter my phone number for WhatsApp integrations I receive an error that says “error connecting to network”

    I just figured it out…I would suggest adding a tip pop up during the integration process or at least on the “enter mobile number” step.

    Something along the lines of;
    *Tip: Please make sure to add the + plus symbol and your country code followed by your 10 digit phone number for successful integration and connection. Ex. (+1)555-555-5554

  17. Any reminder i create for today using Siri should populate under “my day”

    When I say “hey siri set a reminder today for grocery shopping.” That task should automatically be populated in the my day tab

  18. Tasks: Open deep links from URL

    When you insert a website address into the notes section of a task, you can click in this area or even outside of this task in the task overview. A blue arrow will then appear, which you can also click on, and in both cases, the website noted in this task's notes section will open. This function is really great, and it would be fantastic if there were a similar function for deep links so that you can directly open an app on your phone and complete a task there. Yes, that would be great.
