How Can We Improve Any.Do for personal users?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Moment: cancel/ignore button for repeat tasks

    When using moment, I have repeat tasks that I know I can't do that day. I don't want to defer because I know it will appear again on correct day. Also I don't want to have to think when I need to deffer to because I have set them up correctly. So the only option is delete, but this deletes the recuring task completely. So when it's a recuring task another button is shown, I.e. Cancel / Ignore. either on 1st moment choices or in a sub choices of remove
    which shows Remove / Ignore.

    For now I can complete…

  2. Smart Type: Enable/disable date in title

    There could be an option for the user to choose in the settings whether they want the date and time to appear in the task title when we write it next to the title so the app can automatically mark it on the calendar. I wouldn't like to have the date and time in the title if it already appears on the side.

  7. Tags: Add more color options

    Like anyone who uses task management, I rely a lot on tags. I have many tags which I have problem differentiating them, since the colors' varation is limited and the shades of one color are very close to each others. Adding more colors can help a lot, or better adding a color palette like several other apps.

  8. Reminders: Repeat from completion for Premium members

    Hi, thanks a lot for the great work on this app — I really enjoy using it and it’s been a huge help in organizing my daily life.

    I noticed that the "repeat after completion" feature is currently available for Family and Team accounts, which is awesome!
    I’m currently using a Personal Premium account and would absolutely love to have access to this feature as well.

    Many of my tasks are better suited to a flexible recurrence based on when I actually complete them, rather than a fixed schedule. Things like cleaning routines, watering plants, check-ins, or habit-based reminders are…

  10. Reminders: Recurrence option in quick-add bar

    Have an option to make a task repeat when first creating it. When we make a new task we have to go back into the list of all of our tasks and then find it and then after finding it give it the option to repeat either daily weekly monthly or yearly. We should be able to do that right away when creating the tasks.

  11. Use "Focus" to save used time as a timetracker

    Add the option another any.do moment for the day. I’d like to have 1 moment in the AM and 1 in the PM.

    A task that reoccurs every Sunday should not default to "Today" in the Next 7 Days View but rather should show every Sunday

  14. Option to hide MyDay random messages on top of the page

    HI, I love Anydo.
    I'd like an option to hide the messages on top of myDay, they are kind of distracting and annoying. And sometimes irrelevant, I might have 'buying eggs' and 'watching a movie' left for the day and it has nothing to do with making great accomplishments.

  15. Add tip on WhatsApp integration steps

    When I try to enter my phone number for WhatsApp integrations I receive an error that says “error connecting to network”

    I just figured it out…I would suggest adding a tip pop up during the integration process or at least on the “enter mobile number” step.

    Something along the lines of;
    *Tip: Please make sure to add the + plus symbol and your country code followed by your 10 digit phone number for successful integration and connection. Ex. (+1)555-555-5554

  19. Insert the options of pomodoro in task

    If there would be an option of pomodoro sessions in task options it would be great, for students who want to do 2-3 pomodoro sessions for a task it would be of great help, by clicking start it would enter the focus mode, and it should count down while the mobile screen is off. Also show a chart of no of hours studied in weekly and monthly basis.
