How Can We Improve Any.Do for personal users?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Image clipboard paste onto the tasks

    Anydo should allow users to paste images directly into tasks. Currently, users can only upload images from their hard drive or drag and drop them, which takes a lot of time. Additionally, viewing the images requires downloading them to the hard drive again, which is time-consuming. Users should be able to view the images without having to download them.

  2. option to see the full text in titles instead of just first words

    option to see the full text in titles instead of having to click and open the task/subtask/note. Compared to other reminders app that show you the full task (ticktick in the 3rd picture)

  3. DIAGRAMATICAL VIEW FOR BETTER ADJUSTMENT OF OUR TASKS/TODOs

    DIAGRAMATICAL VIEW e.g (VENN DIAGRAM) FOR BETTER ADJUSTMENTS OF OUR TASKS TO ORGANISE THE OVERLAPPING IN A WEEK VIEW. FOR EXAMPLE IF I HAVE A TASK TO READ A BOOK AT 7:00 PM ON COMING FRIDAY, AND THERE ALSO HAD ANOTHER TASK THAT IS GOING TO BE HAPPEN AT SAME DATE AND TIME, IT WOULD SHOW US DIAGRAMATICALLY ITS OVERLAPPING.

  5. Reminders: Repeat from completion for Premium members

    Hi, thanks a lot for the great work on this app — I really enjoy using it and it’s been a huge help in organizing my daily life.

    I noticed that the "repeat after completion" feature is currently available for Family and Team accounts, which is awesome!
    I’m currently using a Personal Premium account and would absolutely love to have access to this feature as well.

    Many of my tasks are better suited to a flexible recurrence based on when I actually complete them, rather than a fixed schedule. Things like cleaning routines, watering plants, check-ins, or habit-based reminders are…

  6. Reminders: Recurrence option in quick-add bar

    Have an option to make a task repeat when first creating it. When we make a new task we have to go back into the list of all of our tasks and then find it and then after finding it give it the option to repeat either daily weekly monthly or yearly. We should be able to do that right away when creating the tasks.

  7. I think the tags should still be visible when the task is done.

    I use the tags to see what is the development area of each task, and I would like to see them even when I've already completed the task.

  8. Display the task's LIST during moment

    The tasks that are displayed during the "moment" do not show LIST they are in.
    It is quite common to have generic tasks like "review contract" in 2 or more lists, but when they appear in the "moment" I do not know WHICH one I'm looking at: Is it the "review contract" of "ACME" or of "HOME LEASE"?

    I've suggested this quite some time ago and got plenty votes but someone @ any.do confused it and merged it into this [closed] suggestion that is not even remotely a similar concept: https://anydo.uservoice.com/users/928971139-miguel-balsevich

  11. Other Actions for Zapier

    I am trying to create an action from Zapier where certain tagged tasks will be sent to Google Calendar. From that I can tell, I can only action off of a new task or task completed.

  12. Add Categories to the All Tasks Menu

    So when you have the tasks what you wanna do when we see all tasks. And like we have made multiple folders or icons. What we should do is add their categories so we when see the tasks when we click on All is to see the categories they belong to. Thanks

    1.Task page to have time lines visible . we shall be able to place tasks between time slots like between 10 am 11.am.12.am like that and these time slots should be visible as horizontal lines.

    2.Provision to Migrate from task page of each day to next or previous through arrow buttons on either side of today with date

    Desktop software should be able to access google contacts, so that the "Call" feature that fetches contact details in mobile phone, should reflect the same in desktop software

  17. Edit Multiple tasks on mobile

    I think I would useful to select actions to multiple tasks on mobile. Web service is useful but cant be performed on the go.

    On the Mac app, I would like my default view to show two separate lists: "Personal", and "Work" - showing them side by side, without using the right-most block to show the calendar

  19. Turkish notification support. It's a completely Turkish app.

    Some of the incoming notifications are in English. Please have full Turkish language support. If it's all in Turkish, I'll buy Premium.

  20. Recover accidental delete

    This issue was posted before and an admin said they show in completed but that is not accurate. I even tried searching because I remembered the first words, the task disappears unless you marked as completed. Need a way to recover
