  1. Enable users to Print tasks in "My Day" view

I can print out the tasks in any of my lists but I want to have the same function in the My Day view. I like to create my daily tasks and then print it out each day.

  2. Time blocking should be available. Some things don't need reminders, like when I start work. Calendar blocking option for My Day?

This option is the most applicable time management option for me, and is what I downloaded Any.do for, and it would integrate really well with current Any.do features.

For example, I want to be able to set school for "8:15 - 1:25" and then "work" for "1:45 - 6:45" without being reminded.

  3. Views: Indicate the number of tasks in each column

I think that saying the number of tasks in each column for example in the "next 7 days", for each day - would make it easier to understand how busy our days are in the week and plan accordingly.
I see myself counting each and every column manualy too many times.
    Thank you in advance!

  7. Smart Grocery list w location reminders

Allow Smart Grocery Lists to have location reminders. That way you could have a smart grocery list for each store. Then you could have a smart grocery list for the grocery store a separate one for Walmart, the hardware store, etc. And a feature that no one has would be to allow multiple locations (i.e. there's two different Walmarts near me and it would be nice to be notified at both).

  8. Display each individual task's list (Personal, Work etc) below or beside it in the All Tasks page

In the All Tasks page the only option to see the lists is to individually click on each task or sort by list. However when sorting by list it is difficult to sort out according to the time and date the Tasks have been scheduled. Keeping the list name beside the task makes it easy to sort out according to both time and list. This is a feature which is present in pretty much all the free to do apps out there, it's weird it's not here already.

  9. Allow task and calendar lists to be expanded on website view to see longer task descriptions.

When viewing Tasks in list view or tasks and calendar in the Calendar view, allow the dialog boxes to be widened so more details can be visible. I'm working using a web browser and there is a lot of room on the screen but the boxes cannot be widened.

  10. Larger task pannel in DT

When viewing the list of tasks in DT - the tasks are displayed in a relatively short column. Therefore I can only view 5-6 tasks in the column viewport.

There is plenty of screen real estate . You can move the UI control sitting above the task column and stretch the column to the full height of the screen, thus providing a much better view of all the pending tasks

  11. Widget

Widget Calander mode: Highlight dates having task assigned with a small preview, display tag colours around the date.
Display all nearby agendas below, not just today's. (So that we can prepare in advance)

  13. Task automatically joins list

If you type in a task with a keyword (a word used in one of your lists), it will go there when you enter it. Kind of how the automatic date works if you type a day, the same concept but with tasks to list.

  15. Allow to change default due time or date for new notes

If i add a new note via the app, i can directly select

    • Tomorrow morning
    • Next week
    • Someday
    • Others

Only the someday option leads to a simple note, without poping up later forcing me to select a date or time. I need to open the Moments feature and then click someday for all of my notes. Which is annoying.

I would like to select "Someday" as my default setting for new notes.

If i add a note via the widget, there is no select of these options. So i end up with the described problem.

  16. Set different start time on repeating task

Having the issue there I have a task that has one start time during the week and another during the weekend. Now I have solved this by making two identical task but with different start times. But it looks odd having two task with the same name. Would be nice to have the option to set different time depending on what day of the week it is.

  17. Allow in-line task editing

When I want to edit a task I have to tap the task, tap “rename”, edit the task title, tap save. I would like to just tap the task name and edit right there. Common behavior in other apps.

  18. New tasks should automatically sort in the existing sort criteria

Currently, if you add a new task, it can only be added as an un-timed, unsorted task. There should be time and date built in to the new task option as the vast majority of tasks need to be timed or the app would have little point. Then when you add the time/date reminder it stays at the top of the list, even if it is timed later than other items in the list. This means that you have to make a third operation to get it into your chosen order. All of this is diametrcally opposite to the time-saving…

  20. Product: Subtasks should be saved by hitting “save”

You’re in an exciting conversation and you open your favorite todo app Any.Do and add a todo. Then you add a subtask and hit “save” and the later when you open your task your sub task was not saved 😭.

I don’t think I’m alone in being so frustrated when the most visible command doesn’t do what it says it will do. Please make subtasks save when you hit “save”
