How Can We Improve Any.Do for personal users?

  2. Calendar: Suggest all tasks (not just unscheduled)

    In calendar view, only unscheduled tasks are shown. We need the ability to see all tasks with filters as in My Day view. Calendar View is powerful and I tend to find it far more useful than my day view

  3. Enable users to Print tasks in "My Day" view

    I can print out the tasks in any of my lists but I want to have the same function in the My Day view. I like to create my daily tasks and then print it out each day.

  4. Time Clash between tasks solution

    Tell the user of adding a task at a particular time when at the same time there's another task to be completed. just like calling two persons at the same time isn't feasible or giving two exams at the same time etc

  5. Turn a task into a subtask (drag and drop)

    sometimes i have a number of related tasks and would like to combine them as subtasks of a main task. I currently have to recreate them as subtasks which is pretty inefficient, i would rather drag and drop the tasks into another task, adding them as subtasks. thanks.

  6. Calendar: Allow to add task directly (mobile)

    For planning purposes it would be the most efficient if one could add task directly in calendar view. Same as adding calendar events is possible.

  8. Calendar: Remove declined meetings

    On my work calendar (google), I have it set to show declined meetings (I won't go into why, it's just helpful for how I work). In Google Cal, they display them very differently so it's obvious which are declined. When I integrate with any.do, any.do shows all the declined meetings just as if they are normal meetings. In an ideal world, there would be the ability to toggle whether to show declined meetings...at a minimum, show them differently (like GCal).

  9. Widget: View Someday Tasks

    I would love to have a widget option to show a list of Someday tasks.

    My ideal use case is this:
    - Have main widget showing all tasks for today (representing my need-to-dos) (already available = great!)
    - Then a second widget view showing the top items marked as Someday (representing my want-to-dos, that are essentially dateless but listed to do in ASAP order).

  10. Full page widget

    Hi please could you add a full page widget? Using multiple on 1 page wastes space. See screenshot, there’s +3 other tasks not shown, would like to see all on one page. Thanks !

  11. Calendar: Allow scrolling through calendar view (desktop)

    When distributing tasks into calendar, I would like to just quickly move to next week/month by gesture. Now you have to always move cursor almost through the whole screen to push small button to go to next or previous and then back to tasks shown in the list on the right.

  12. Auto Sort

    There needs to be an option to Auto sort the order of reminders by time without having to do it manually. See attachements. Some people might perfer having their reminders stay in the order that they added them but atleast have an option in settings for auto sort by time. I know in Calender view, the reminders do auto sort but Task view is much better becase you see more details of your task.

    Currently, grocery lists can't be created in the browser app. Also, there are no categories or suggestions in those.

  14. Make Standaardlijst (Default list) an item to choose bij Voorkeursstartschem (preference start screen)

    In the dutch mobile app, I can choose Standaardlijst (default list), that's great. But the next item I can adjust is called Voorkeurstartscherm (preference view when starting the app) and I really would like to choose the Standaardlijst there as well! I can now only choose there between: tasks, agenda, last viewed, My Day.

  15. how about make web service to responsive web design

    Responsive web design is not just for portable device stuff.
    Because, Some The famous apps support the use of their plugins in conjunction with web services.

    For Example, custom frames, The popular plugin of powerful note taking app, Obsidian, allow you to use the desired web services in the right panel.

    ChatGpt or todoist works fine on that panel. But Any.do not yet.

  17. Better premium pop up

    Hello, new user here.

    I would be interested in premium and I notice that when I click on a feature you always display the same "go premium" pop up.

    I clicked on "focus" for a task and I get no explanation what it is or how it could help.
    I click on AI suggest for subtasks, and same.

    Maybe customize the pop-ups to explain a bit/demo the feature. Or give 1 to 3 free credits to experience the feature (Canva does that).

    Here I have to search to see if that feature would be worth oaying and sometimes a little…

  18. Option to turn off the message: "Any.do needs your permission to enable reminder and calendar notifications."

    I love Any.Do Premium and have been using it for years. A recent change: Each time I open Any.Do, on my Google browser, I receive the following message: "Any.Do needs your permission to enable reminder and calendar notifications." I use Outlook for all items that I want to receive a reminder. I use Any.Do to manage multiple lists and love the quick access to make an entry but I must "x" out the suggestion every time I open Any.Do on my Google browser/desktop.

  19. Add alarm for high priority precisely timed tasks

    Some tasks are important and are of high priority at a specific time. These tasks should not be handled as other normal tasks. So, I think an option to add alarm for such tasks if the user was away from phone is very critical to finish the task exactly on time.

  20. Windows system tray icon color

    The any.do icon being black (or following the automatic theme) makes it hard to see. Ironic given the default light blue would've been perfect.

    You need way more preferences.
