How Can We Improve Any.Do for personal users?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  3. Time blocking should be available. Some things don't need reminders, like when I start work. Calendar blocking option for My Day?

    This option is the most applicable time management option for me, and is what I downloaded Any.do for, and it would integrate really well with current Any.do features.

    For example, I want to be able to set school for "8:15 - 1:25" and then "work" for "1:45 - 6:45" without being reminded.

  4. Reminder making should be easier, I often have to put in time 3 times based on if it's recurring.

  6. Any.do tasks should automatically re-order based on time.

    It is tiresome to have to reorganize tasks once I have added times to them, and quite inefficient.

  7. Smart type

    When i type a task followed by Smart type reminder such as day and time. The reminder is set, but the time and day are displayed along with the task in the list. This wasnt their in the previous version. How to avoid that ?

  9. Recurring menu dan hide completed task

    i want "recurring menu" when i create a task for the first time. so i doesnt need to edit the task again to put recurring option. And please add option to hide completed task.

  10. My day: Tasks in my day should show the assigned tags

    When i make a task list and assign tags to them (Priority tags) i would like to be able to see those tag colors in the "My day" tab when i'm planning my day.

    This makes it way smoother and easier because i can see in one glance which tasks need to be done asap.

    Bigger thumbnails for attached photos to tasks we're talking 2x3 inches or so and native photo viewing a la tick ticks implementation

    In Moment (great feature BTW!), instead of the 'Delete' vutton (which I'm not mamy people click) or anywhere else - add a 'Add to My Day' button, to further review the task during the day

    Hello, I'm wondering if there's a method for sharing a link with a client that enables them to track the project's progress based on tasks completed, perhaps with a displayed percentage as well?

  15. Would like to sync OneNote tasks and lists

    OneNote is nearly a ubiquitous tool especially on the business side. Would be nice to integrate list, task functionality with any.do. Even simply syncing with a separate notebook would be nice. Perhaps each group is a section or page or subpage

  16. Let users set what time day starts in calendar

    Not all of us start our day at midnight. It would ne nice to have the day atart at a time of user choosing so we cont have to scroll past midnight to get to the start of the day. It can cause confusion sometimes. Plus many of us consider 2am to he part of the previous day

  20. Commute reminders

    A new category of location reminders: when I commute.
    I'd like to save stuff to read / watch during my commute, but I only have the option to set a single location reminder.
    I'd like to have the option of setting two departure locations (two stations - to and from work) to get a reminder.
