How Can We Improve Any.Do for personal users?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

    Let us have the ability to view our events in the widget ( you can have two widgets : one for the tasks , and one for the events! )

  2. Calendar: Add to iPad

    It would be nice to be able to see the calendar on the iPad version of the app too!

  3. Alexa: Shopping items shouldn't show as tasks

    Alexa Shopping List items are showing up as to-do tasks. Shouldn't they be added as sub-items to a parent item?

    Alexa Shopping items no go under the Someday category, disassociating them from any specific date.

  4. Calendar: Add/ create events

    there is no method to change the time and day of an appointment. makes changing schedules impossible to reorder

  5. Notes

    Any. do allows a user to create a note and attach it to a task. But sometimes I want to create a stand alone note to record some information without attaching it to a task. I could use Evernote or One Note but they are complicated apps when all that is needed is an electronic post-it. A fifth classification, Notes, could be added to Today, Tomorrow, Upcoming and Someday to store and organize the notes. This would enhance Any. do's functionality. Whaddya think Any. do?

  7. Throw any cal and any do together, especially for the any do moment

    It's nice that I can see all the tasks to do for the upcoming day, but it would be even nicer, if I could simultaneously have an overview of my appointments and may reschedule them intuitively without opening anydo cal and losing sight of every task besides the event I want to reschedule.
    That would make the anydo moment a lot more useful.
    Btw you are almost there regarding the calendar app integration into anydo.

  9. Integrate functionality with google apps, not just native iOS clients

    Despite having an iPhone, I run my life through google apps (gmail, calendar, drive, maps) as the native apple services aren't as robust and don't run as well as Google.

    I would suggest you provide integration with google suite (not just the native iOS clients) to make integrating any.do into your life even easier. As of now, my biggest issue with Any.do is being forced to leverage iOS clients in-app... and that's a BIG issue.

  10. is it possible, to add an apointment only by speaking to microphone. And the metting just connect directly with the Alarm and when its time

    When its the exact time to leave, Anydo app Alerts us by ringing...
    What I think that it would be great we dont need anymore to write down things, hours, way, hiw many minutes last and Anydo app, just manage day after day, that we ll never late or forget something to do in the day....Kind of Corana or Siri from microsoft and Apple....

    Siri Integration and is already live on iOS :)

  11. Make phone numbers, map locations and email address active/link

    When inserting a phone number or email or location, especially from your drop down list of suggestions, the following entry should be able to access that function of your phone. ie call Mom, press mom and it opens your phone and calls her. email Jeff... is a mailto:jeff@whatever.com link and opens your email. Can't see why this isn't a feature already.

    Any.do released Action Icons that link specific tasks with calls, emails, or texting of people in your contacts list :)

  12. add a calendar

    I really wanna put things down for certain days and be able to see them physically, so a visual calendar format would be great!

    Can you make the button to come back the day of today if I have gone too far from today day. It will be fast and simply to find:)
    And it will be wonderful if we'll may this month full. add in the settings the view "weekly" "monthly". Thanks for your attention!

    This is possible by tapping on the Calendar icon on the bottom of the Any.do app :)

  14. Alexa: Sync more lists

    I have a separate list for items to pick up at Costco vs the Grocery Store, vs Yard Work To-Do vs House To-Do vs Work To-Do. The Alexa app only has two lists available and I don't see a feature to be able to add new lists or modify list names. I just linked Alexa to Any.do and now I have all those lists in any.Do, but I can only get alexa to sync to the original two lists - Shopping List and To Do List. Now those two will sync with Any.Do, but it doesn't allow me to break…

    Any.do released the ability to add attachments to tasks, including pictures, videos, files, and voice memos :)

  16. Specify one native reminder list to pull from instead of all of them.

    I do t want it pulling stuff in from all of my different lists in Reminders App. It would be great to have it be able to pull from multiple selected lists into separate any.do lists with the same name. But if we can't have that, at least choosing one list as a default to pull from would help a ton. They way you have it now makes Siri input unusable if you have multiple lists in reminders that are not tasks.

  19. UI: Disable 'pull to add a new task'

    Everytime i try to check if there is more tasks down the page, I'm led to the "new task" page :-( and it's most of the time not my intention (maybe offer ro choose another gesture for that?)

    This feature was removed from our latest iOS version (4.15).

  20. Be able to turn off missed call feature.

    Phone already gives me missed call notifications. I don't need the app to also do that.
