How Can We Improve Any.Do for personal users?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

    When applied a tag to a task, you have to click "save" while other changes tova task are auto saved. It's a redundancy.

  2. Reminders: "This evening" reminder for Web/Desktop

    For app users, there's an "this evening" button when you try to add a reminder to a to-do item (other options include "later today", "tomorrow", "next week", "someday"). However, for web users, the "this evening" option doesn't exist. Could we make this available for web-users?

  3. Calendar: Add full monthly view in mobile (like web)

    I want to visualize the whole month not just day/week. I need to be able to see everything without having to scroll or search for specific dates and times. Im very visual person and this feature was the whole reason switched everything over to this app and now it’s kinda useless.

  4. Personal Tasks: Improve website sharing on Android

    When you share a website to any.do on Android, the URL of the website is made the title of the new task. The title is not clickable in the task. It would be better to put the URL in the notes area of the task, so it is clickable, and use the title of the website page as the title of the task.

  6. Product: Show Mac Os "Services" in Mac Os menu

    What: the menu bar should contain the menu item "Services", with a list of relevant Mac Os X services
    Why: those services are used in local workflows. Example:
    - select some text in the app, the services that are related to text are now available, so i can send that text to a different app (eg a scratchpad, or send that to a terminal)
    - with Shortcuts, it is possible to create shortcuts that can then be triggered in services. What's more, those shortcuts can have global hotkeys associated to them. But if the menu bar does not contain the…

  7. Grocery List: Clear search field when clicking suggestion

    Everytime I want to add a grocery list item, when I start typing in an item and a suggestion pops up, i will click to add the suggestion but the text is still there. I have to manually backspace every single time I want to add an item to the list using suggestions.

    It should auto clear the text field on the click of the suggestion pill/tag.

  11. Recover accidental delete

    This issue was posted before and an admin said they show in completed but that is not accurate. I even tried searching because I remembered the first words, the task disappears unless you marked as completed. Need a way to recover
