How Can We Improve Any.Do for personal users?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. be able to add subtasks to MyDay

    The idea of subtasks is great for organising steps, but for big tasks being able to add each subtask to the a day would be very good

  3. Sending customized reminders on whatsapp instead of just task name

    Reminders received on whatsapp are just the title of task, there are no details included such as sub tasks, footnotes etc. Instead of using task title for reminder message, kindly develop a function wherein user can customize a reminder E.g - For a task of shopping the user can customize reminder message on whatsapp as : " Don't forget to buy groceries".

  4. Subtasks hyperlink

    If a Subtask entered is a web address, please detect this and make it a clickable link (that when clicked would load the browser with that page). Thanks!

  6. Is there any way to show task notes/task description on the main task page?

    Ability to check the task notes/task images on the task page as a smaller and greyish heading below the main task line

  10. Keep manual sort order

    I have long lists that are manually sorted. Sometimes, when i do something like change the reminder to the next day, the tasks goes to either the top or bottom of the list. Please keep the tasks in the order in which i set them.

  11. Linked Tasks

    Since you do not support nesting tasks, if we could link tasks, that would be almost as good or maybe better. This way, two or more different tasks could be linked much like using joins for connecting different database tables.

  12. Print list tekst "Create by any.do"

    When I print a list, just under the list it prints "Created by Any.do" Is it possible to print it at the bottom of the page? Than i have extra space to write done new tasks with pen.

  13. Lists : Print entire list

    I would like to print a list with all the information that it has : tasks, subtasks, notes regardless of the tasks' state of completion.

    FYI, I use any.do as a way to keep track of my workflow. Each list is a client.

  17. Filter does not work in iPhone 6s

  19. Let the 24-point time zone come.

    Hello. I am writing to make a development suggestion. I hope it is taken into consideration. I am currently a Premium user living in Turkey and I would like to use your application with my team when I establish startups in the future. In order for me to do this, I need you to develop your application.

    1) Apart from AM PM, add the 24-hour time zone to the app.
    2) Upload 100% Turkish language to the phone and computer application.
    3) I want to be able to change the name of the yellow task tag. Make this optional please.
