My All tasks 99+
I would be happy to see how many tasks I have, and since some of them are long-term, I don't see any reason why to have the information beside the My All tasks that are not showing the full number, but only 99+.
Therefore, it would be great to have an exact number when the list is beyond 100 items.

Must have true delete, not just archive
Deleting/Archiving all end up in the same spot and they STILL contribute to completed/archived totals.
We need to truly be able to delete something that won't be remembered nor contribute to analytics.
The web and apps are very confusing with their logic on Archive/Delete.
And truly there is not even a delete on the web.6 votes -
[Critical] - Dependency betwen tasks! (I haven't found it on the forum yet.)
Sometimes I have tasks (with their sub-tasks) that are already planned, however, the prediction of carrying them out depends on me completing a more important task. However, all tasks are in my view and causes a bit of visual clutter and confusion when pulling them into my day. I wish there was some way to create a dependency between tasks, for a task to be hidden (or almost hidden), hidden, and only appear when that most important task is completed.
Thus a cascade effect in which a completed task unlocks others. that would only exist when this main task was…6 votes -
Ability to filter by list when planning My Day
Be able to filter by list while planning My Day.
I have a list of repeating tasks I do daily. I would like to be able to filter and select only that list so I can quickly add all those items to my day without having to scroll through all the tasks to find it

Need Cron calender-like feature view its very good but very hard to move because I am using anydo premium for 2 years . i like Cron. anyodo android app have the same feature but very bad ui not flexible.
timeboxing is very important - agenda in a time time-wise
Cron or google calender have same feature

Feature Request: Implementing a Centralized Task Table View in Any.do
Greetings! I'm Shayan, representing a digital agency that utilizes Any.do to streamline team management and task organization. We've effectively compartmentalized our clients and projects across distinct boards. However, we believe that a centralized table view encompassing all tasks from every board would significantly enhance our workflow efficiency. This table should include a dedicated column indicating the corresponding board for each task.

Add alarm for high priority precisely timed tasks
Some tasks are important and are of high priority at a specific time. These tasks should not be handled as other normal tasks. So, I think an option to add alarm for such tasks if the user was away from phone is very critical to finish the task exactly on time.

Calendar: Allow scrolling through calendar view (desktop)
When distributing tasks into calendar, I would like to just quickly move to next week/month by gesture. Now you have to always move cursor almost through the whole screen to push small button to go to next or previous and then back to tasks shown in the list on the right.

Time Clash between tasks solution
Tell the user of adding a task at a particular time when at the same time there's another task to be completed. just like calling two persons at the same time isn't feasible or giving two exams at the same time etc

Calendar: Suggest all tasks (not just unscheduled)
In calendar view, only unscheduled tasks are shown. We need the ability to see all tasks with filters as in My Day view. Calendar View is powerful and I tend to find it far more useful than my day view

Let users set what time day starts in calendar
Not all of us start our day at midnight. It would ne nice to have the day atart at a time of user choosing so we cont have to scroll past midnight to get to the start of the day. It can cause confusion sometimes. Plus many of us consider 2am to he part of the previous day

filter by multiple tags with an AND rule
Currently you cannot filter by multiple tags. The current filtering does an OR filtering, ie, if task has tag A OR tag B, show it. this only works on the mobile app and not on the desktop.
Most users would want an AND filter, ergo: show me tasks that are both tag A AND tag B etc. this is currently not possible on either mobile or desktop.

Move sub tasks between task cards. Subtasks task
I would like to be able to move subtasks between tasks. I might have a list of ideas to reach out to float to different people for different tasks, if I get an enthusiastic response to one of them, then I might want to move that sub task under a specific project as an adder.

Make tasks dependent on eachother.
It would be nice, if there would be tasks, that could be checked completed only if a previous task was completed.

There needs to be an option to TURN OFF time detection just like Andriod users can do the same
It makes no sense to have tasks automatically move when I write something like: “email John about meeting next Wednesday” and then it sets the task date as next Wednesday and I miss doing it.

Font size adjustment on Android
- The font size for tasks is small and not bold enough and tag color bar is too small to see easily.
- The gray font (light mode) is much too light.
- The gray font (dark mode) is much too dark.
- Almost all fonts on task details are too small and grays are either too light (light mode) or too dark (dark mode). I really appreciate Any.do and really want to use it. I've subscribed multiple times, but always end up canceling due to my issues with the fonts.
