Improve My Day list ordering
My current difficulty with My Day is getting items in the correct order of priority. A lot of my tasks don't have due dates, they're just things that need to get done, often the priority can change daily.
When adding items to My Day from other lists or suggestions, add them to the bottom of the list (or give me a setting we can change to swap between top or bottom). When creating my My Day list I will be selecting the highest priority item first and so on. Minor list adjustment will take place once the list is created.

Street address/location option that is linked with Google Maps or Waze. This is ideal for meeting locations with clients or suppliers
It would be helpful to have a street address/location option that is linked to Google Maps or Waze. This is ideal for meeting with clients or suppliers, especially when on the road or travelling overseas.
1 voteThis can be added in events 🤓
Simply add the address and your mobile device will sync according to your native calendar settings.

Have a task auto reschedule if not complete on a particular day.
If you have a task you need to complete and instead of having to manually reschedule to ensure it is complete, there should be a toggle option to have the task "follow" you and continually show on your Day view until it is complete. I find myself having to go into my backlog to find what I missed.
1 voteOverdue tasks already remain in the Today section of your app for quick re-prioritization. We also offer designated tools to handle over tasks as can be seen right here: https://support.any.do/en/articles/8635857-managing-overdue-personal-tasks

Product: Allow deleting tasks without archiving
If i have to remove or delete a task from any list there is no direct option..i can only remove the task by completing them...if i am not willing to complete the task and i want to remove that from the list there is no option. There must be an option select multiple tasks and remove them all together.

Tags should apply across boards
I do not have access to existing tags when I create a new board. Tags should be universal so it is easy to find tasks across boards with a that tag.
I use tags in personal lists to be able to reference tasks when I go into a specific shop for example. When I filter by that tag it helps me to find all tasks across lists that requires buying something from that store in order to be completed.
Since this does not work for boards, this is the main reason why I do not use workspace.

Tasks: Add Location to Task (that can sync/externalize to Google/Apple Maps)
This would be as a tag/category that can then be directed externally to Apple and Google Maps (like how date and time now sync with calendars)

Sorting in Next 7 days
It would be wonderful to have sorting commands (by time especially) in Next 7 days tab. I always work in this tab and have to switch several times a day to "All my tasks" just in order to sort tasks only.

Changing Time for Task
I would like to be able to drag a task and reprioritize by time. Changing the time of a task by dragging it to the top for the start of my day.
If I have a task at 9:15 and a task at 10:30, if I drag a task in between the two, a time ticker\scroller pops up and I can select the precise time. The ticker could go by 5 minutes interval and task place between the 5s and 0 minutes would open up a 1,2,3,4 for precision timing a task.Maybe to see time slots on my days\calendar…

Add a costing/ pricing feature for project tasks
I use any.do for my projects to be able to add the costs of products/services would be so helpful. Being able to add my budget and have remaining balance displayed as a percentage or in £/$€ would be amazing.

Add calender events in tasks window
Dear Sir,
I have the habit of viewing tasks everyday but sometimes whatever events i put in calenders, i miss. So apart from putting the events in calender, i am again creating it in tasks. Some apps integrate calendar events with tasks and hence automatically the event is showed in tasks page. Hence i request you to add the same feature as well.1 vote -
Desktop: Easily add tags to new tasks
When I try to create a new task, I want to be able to attach a tag to the task to categorize it properly. When I click the tag button, it only provides me four tag options from my list of available tags (sorted alphabetically here which is inconsistent with other areas in the app). To get around this, I need to create the task, open it and then add the tags as a separate step.
Users should be able to do everything as part of one step, instead of multiple.

Automatically assign date and time
Automatically assign a date and time when you type it as Todoist does. For example, if I type 'Meeting with Amy on March 2nd at 9am,' the app should set the date and time automatically without me having to select them manually.

No need to assign specific time reminder to a task in order to add it to Today or Tomorrow
I want to be able to plan for tomorrow and add to Tomorrow without assigning a time reminder first. Then I go to Calendar and decide on time for each task.
3 votesThe time categorie are time-based so the tasks must have a reminder/due date in order to show there :) If you want, you can add directly to the Today/Tomorrow category by simply pressing the + icon next to them on the mobile app or adding to those columns on the web/desktop apps. Lists: Allow changing lists colors
It feels redundant to need to use the tags to color code a list, and I don't always remember to add a tag when going quickly.
It would be simpler to choose a text color for a list to see the different list's tasks. If they had colored text I also wouldn't need to filter out lists I'm seeing in the 7 day view as it would already be obvious which list the task is from.

Hello. Is there another way to link Alexa to Any.don, such as going through Alexa skills especially for individuals?? Because it seems too complicated and difficult to go through Zapiet

Combined Task & Calendar Standby Display
A combined iOS standby tile that shows the next item in the day, both calendar and tasks. For example, I have a calendar item at 10AM and a task at 11AM, show a countdown until 10AM for the calendar event, then when it happens switch to a countdown for the task next. The current 'Up Event' tile does this for calendar items, but ignores tasks. Also the countdown needs to update more frequently, the phone needs to come out of standby mode to update the time right now.
1 voteWe appreciate your feedback. At this time, this type of feature is not on our agenda but should it be relevant in the future we will reactivate this request :)
