How Can We Improve Any.Do for personal users?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Disable processing on shared lists

    Give the option to lock the shared lists, so the reciever wont be able to change it. It will be great as an informing list, without the reciever will be able to change the list you're sharing with him, only watching it.

  2. Show all tasks, no matter what

    Show all tasks, regardless of what day it got created.
    When using widget, only tasks that are subscribed to the spesified day are shown in the task column. I want all undone tasks to be visible in the list, so that it is not need to select a specific day, to show the tasks from this and that day. Every task visible in tasks column. Regardless of the.   3. tag colors

    i bought the premium manly for the colors, to have order in my eyes.
    but i found out that the colors are just a little tiny line in the begining of the task.
    and than i need to remember all the colors and which color is what tag.

    i wish all of the backrounds of each task will colord by the chosen color and that the name of the tag will appear also benith every task.

  5. Be able to click the time in the calendar that you would like to set task for, instead of typing time to scrolling the the time wheel

  6. Option to quit app on exit (Windows 10)

    When you exit on windows, it stays opened in the background until you manually quit. Would be nice to have the option to set the 'x' button to quit the program instead of minimizing. Like if I wanted the app to stay opened when I close, I would just click the minimize button.

  7. Display the task's LIST during moment

    The tasks that are displayed during the "moment" do not show LIST they are in.
    It is quite common to have generic tasks like "review contract" in 2 or more lists, but when they appear in the "moment" I do not know WHICH one I'm looking at: Is it the "review contract" of "ACME" or of "HOME LEASE"?

    I've suggested this quite some time ago and got plenty votes but someone @ any.do confused it and merged it into this [closed] suggestion that is not even remotely a similar concept: https://anydo.uservoice.com/users/928971139-miguel-balsevich

  9. Smartwatch integration

    Make it possible to use the app via smart watches. At least the reminder function: to be able to receive the reminder notifications on watches like Samsung Galaxy Watch 3.

  10. Any.do Moment needs to include scheduled events

    You need to see the list of scheduled events for the day and the following days that week along side when you are trying to schedule when you are doing the task list during your any.do

  11. Grocery list: Manual reordering with drag and drop

    It would be really helpful to be able to drag & drop items in grocery list, so you could manually reorder your list.

    Currently, if you add items not in the specified order, and whole list cant fit into the screen, you need to scroll the list very often. For example when you in a section of a shop, you need to scroll the list multiple times to find which item to pick up next, and repeat this every time when u forgot it.   14. Swipe left from edge in iOS to go to previous screen

    Most apps(e.g. gmail) allow you to swipe from the left edge to go to previous screen. It’s really convenient in iOS apps especially since there is no back button in OS.

  18. Focus tree

    Can u make it that the focus tree grows when you assign a task to a time. For example if I started exercise at 6.00am the tree should start automatically growing and if we complete the task the tree should plant itself automatically if not completed the tree should then die if we do not push completed or done. Also can the focus trees be assigned to the tasks individually to make individual forest ?

  19. I think the tags should still be visible when the task is done.

    I use the tags to see what is the development area of each task, and I would like to see them even when I've already completed the task.
