How Can We Improve Any.Do for personal users?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  2. Let the 24-point time zone come.

    Hello. I am writing to make a development suggestion. I hope it is taken into consideration. I am currently a Premium user living in Turkey and I would like to use your application with my team when I establish startups in the future. In order for me to do this, I need you to develop your application.

    1) Apart from AM PM, add the 24-hour time zone to the app.
    2) Upload 100% Turkish language to the phone and computer application.
    3) I want to be able to change the name of the yellow task tag. Make this optional please.

  3. Add a total tasks per day count for next 7 days

    On the header of the 7 day calendar in Next 7 Days, add a total for the number of tasks for each day.

  4. Filter does not work in iPhone 6s

    When you select Filter, an empty popup shows up despite there a lot tags, reported this issue several times but no fix yet. Thank you.

  6. Search for tasks... Allow access to more than 7 tasks found with indication there are more

    When searching for tasks, etc, it shows a maximum of 7 tasks with no indication that there are more, and no way to find more.

    Please increase this limit and allow access to all search results, maybe via pagination, etc.

    Please also add an indicator that there are more than the limited number of results.

  7. My Day: Sorting

    Add a sorting option in My Day, so that when you add your tasks for the day, you can choose to rearrange them by either "time" or "list" (just like regular task lists).

    Or, you can make it so that when you add your tasks, they are already sorted by time if the task has a reminder set.

    Pretty basic but I think this would 2x efficiency and make it easier to know what to do next, especially if you have a lot of tasks like me, and it ends up taking some time to either sort them manually or…

  11. add multiple tags to a task using hashtag while typing

    I like the option to add tags using hashtag while entering (typing) the task. However, if I want to enter more than one tag, the system will save only the last tag entered. It would be great if all the entered tags could be saved.

  13. Lists : Print entire list

    I would like to print a list with all the information that it has : tasks, subtasks, notes regardless of the tasks' state of completion.

    FYI, I use any.do as a way to keep track of my workflow. Each list is a client.

  14. Print list tekst "Create by any.do"

    When I print a list, just under the list it prints "Created by Any.do" Is it possible to print it at the bottom of the page? Than i have extra space to write done new tasks with pen.

  15. Dates for days on "next 7 days" page

    There is a Screen Called next 7 days, which only shows the name of the day like Friday or Saturday. it will be great if I know which day of the month is Friday? cuz if I want to move one task to next days I want to make sure that I am putting it somewhere that it does not exceed the deadline!

  16. Linked Tasks

    Since you do not support nesting tasks, if we could link tasks, that would be almost as good or maybe better. This way, two or more different tasks could be linked much like using joins for connecting different database tables.

    After adding task to the list - One has the ability to drag the task to daily agenda and rearrange again.

    Have a timer running for the task in focus mode

  19. Keep manual sort order

    I have long lists that are manually sorted. Sometimes, when i do something like change the reminder to the next day, the tasks goes to either the top or bottom of the list. Please keep the tasks in the order in which i set them.

  20. Ability to filter by list when planning My Day

    Be able to filter by list while planning My Day.

    I have a list of repeating tasks I do daily. I would like to be able to filter and select only that list so I can quickly add all those items to my day without having to scroll through all the tasks to find it
