Workspace Tasks: Add 'done' option
I don't always want to update their status, give them tags or send them to a different section, but I just want them to be marked as completed and crossed as a common task. Is it possible to add " Mark as done" button?

Workspace Tasks: Allow moving between boards and lists
A task is a task. As users we only see tasks. They can be moved inside board sections and between lists. Now we need to move them out of boards and into lists.
Why? What we do with this?
* Create projects from a queue of ideas,
* Move board items to shared lists to distribute/assign work,
* Create aggregate worklists from across boards (think matrix management of work or the spotify dev model)
Basically, to us, the humble user, there is no difference between a list task and a board task.39 votes -
Product: Add full calendar view (like mobile)
I find my calendar events only on the "My Day" view, and the tasks are missing. I wont to see them together, like on mobile.

UI: Adjust column width
The problem is that the column width is so narrow you can’t see enough of the Task Title.
The Task Title is the most important information; it needs to be seen in as much detail as possible.
There is a limit to the width because if the column is too wide, it can’t be comprehended easily—too long a string of words becomes something you can’t simply see and know all it says.
That optimal width may be as much as 4 times wider than the current column width in the Next 7 Days view.

Views: Show board and private tasks in the '7 days' and 'All my tasks' views
Assigned tasks from shared boards should show up in Next 7 days and All my tasks. Doesn't make sense to have assigned tasks NOT show up under a view called "All my tasks"! All means all ;) Additionally, the more flexible approach would be having a filter for assigned tasks across each shared board with the ability to toggle on/off all boards or select and choose which boards to show/hide assigned tasks from. Default could be show assigned tasks from all boards and possibly save previous selection and maintain state. I realize that My day view attempts to show what…

Workspace Tasks: Auto-save notes
In the Mobile App, when adding text to a Task’s Note, please find a way to make the text autosave. I have lost a lot of work I did in the Notes section because something happened that caused the Notes window to close before saving it.
It may be that Any.do cannot make the text autosave as the Task Title does and/or as it does on the Desktop or Browser/Web. But at least make it to where the Note window either autosaves whenever it closes or make the Note Pop-Up unable to be closed until it asks you if you…11 votes -
Workspace Tasks: Create from template
It's great that we can set an entire board as a template, but adding a way to set a particular CARD as a template would be great. In other apps, we've been using boards for content production management (editorial calendar, etc). Each card is an article/episode/idea, and each column is a stage of production. Being able to set one card as the template, so that each new card we create on a given board already has all of the various checklists, fields, etc. that we need, is essential before we can fully commit to this product.

Monthly View
Please add a monthly calendar view on the desktop app! It's the last thing keeping our team from jumping fully onboard with Any.Do as our task management app. We need task assignment and the ability to view one anothers' individual calendars, as well as our own calendars in one app!

Tasks: Sort by time
Can you please create a keyboard shortcut that sorts tasks by time instead of having to use the popup box and click twice to sort tasks?

AI functionality
A.i is getting more popular so it would be great to introduce this in the app.
Would be great to have a.i command prompts inline with the text. For example, ask a.i to write me a list of ideas for my blog etc
With a.i you'll be able to ask it any questions to add better notes for each task.

Workspace Integrations: Google Assistant
Please integrate GA into Workspace lists. You can already integrate with Google Assistant and manipulate your PERSONAL lists, but you cannot add anything to or have anything read from your lists in Workspace lists. I realize this becomes more difficult since it's not just a basic list, but I think it still be a heavily utilized feature for those that use GA.

Workspace: Add the option of recurring tasks
In workspace boards, it has no option to set a task as recurring, as we can do in personal lists. Would it be possible to add such an option?

Workspace Tasks: Add Reoccurring Reminders
Unless I am unaware and you are able to do this like you are able to in Personal, it would be nice to have reoccurring tasks in boards that you can assign to people. I work in landscaping and we do maintenance. Some tasks need to be done weekly, monthly, every couple months, and so on. It would be nice to be able to set tasks to reoccurring for employees like you can in your personal boards so that I don't have to keep putting them in over and over again.

Auto generate todo list, sort only your assigned tasks, print a workspace list
When you delegate a task to a person it should be automatically added to a TODO list that is named same as the workspace so a person can see his tasks in one list without having to think about it.
There should also be a filter button on the Workspace so you can press it and see only the tasks that you are assigned to in each section.
Thirdly you should be able to PRINT your Workspace lists.

Add the ability to sort tasks chronologically within shared boards
Within the shared boards, there's specific sections with tasks nested under each section. It would be useful to be able to sort the tasks by different means such as date added, due date, priority, or assignee. Also having it set up as an ascending or descending list would be great.
I'm a new user transferring over from Todoist and having this flexibility with sorting was a HUGE help to sort through big task lists.

Currently Zaps are only available for Any.Do Personal and not workspace boards.
