    Now you can not filter by due date or overdue (or no date) in workspace custom views. This filter is very important

    We'd like to be able to add custom column titles beyond what is available such as a date field, a time field, etc. Use case example: like many organizations today, we have an ADHD employee and we would like to create a distraction tracker board in a true table format where he can input date, time, distraction (boss, phone rings, etc), and ideas to resolve. We as managers can then review with him. Problem is people with ADHD get distracted very easily and then lose focus and don't get the task done that they were working on when they lost…

    Fireflies is an AI helper. It assists with converting voice conversations during meetings into written notes. It currently intergrates with the folliwng task management apps. Would love if you would integrate anydo with it.

  5. Product: Smart AI Queries

    would be nice to be able to query ALL of our content easily.
    the manual/typed research function is relatively good.
    example...
    let's say i use the WhatsApp quick add to take some quick notes.
    for example about my phone calls
    if i want to see all my communications with Joe, can i make an AND query?

  6. Automatically archive a task when is completed

    Hiding tasks when they are completed is not enough. They disappear from Next 7 days / All my tasks, but still continue on the boards.

  8. Workspace Tasks: Expand/Collapse checklists

    I recommend adding a feature that allows users to collapse the checklist section. This will enable a more organised and streamlined view, especially when dealing with extensive checklists.

  9. My Day: Exclude lists from Suggestion Cards

    I adore the My Day feature. However for it to really be useful we need a way to exclude/filter certain lists from the suggestion cards.

    For example: In 'My Lists' I have a list named 'Todo' and a list for 'Groceries'. Currently every item on my grocery list clutters the suggested task list for the 'My Day'.

    Proposal on how it could function: Within each individual list you currently offer a 'more options' menu. Could you please just add a setting/toggle in that menu that shows/hides that particular list from the 'my day' suggestion cards, with an initial default setting…

    Go to the suggestions area, click the menu icon on a task from within a list you want to exclude and tap on "Don't suggest from this list"

  10. Project boards for personal use

    Can we add projects that aren't connected to work in any way as an option under lists? "My Projects"
    There's plenty of projects I want to do at home that have many subtasks and different parts that are in progress.

  11. Board Tasks: Create hyperlinks directly

    I suggest implementing the ability to create hyperlinks directly instead of relying solely on copying and pasting links into the text box., it would also be beneficial to allow users to rename attachments for better organisation and clarity.

  12. Support snoozing of workspace reminders

    When I get a reminder for something in a worspace board, there is no way to snooze it. That's one of the things I love about any.do but now that I'm using boards it's no longer availble.

  15. Disable Email Notifications

    It would be great if there is an option to disable emails every time someone mentions you in chat or assigns you a task. One should be able to change this in settings.

    Because when one is working the entire day on your app, they do not need separate email notifications because such mentions are visible in the app itself.

    Ideally, it would be nice to be able to switch off email notifications for chat mentions and task assignments separately.

  17. Workspace Tasks: Allow moving between boards and lists

    A task is a task. As users we only see tasks. They can be moved inside board sections and between lists. Now we need to move them out of boards and into lists.
    Why? What we do with this?
    * Create projects from a queue of ideas,
    * Move board items to shared lists to distribute/assign work,
    * Create aggregate worklists from across boards (think matrix management of work or the spotify dev model)
    Basically, to us, the humble user, there is no difference between a list task and a board task.
