Integrations: add due date option to a task created in Gmail
The "due date" works only for "My List". Adding it also to "workspace" will help us tremendously

My Day: Display Subtasks
Allow Subtasks to be added to My Day, as many larger initiatives will have subtasks that span multiple days.

Board Tasks: Indicate amount of task
know how many tasks meet a certain filter, section, date, label, complete, pending, etc.

Product: Save automation rules in board templates
Now all automation rules are lost in the template. And I have same rules for all boards, which use this same template. And I have to add the automation rules separately to each and every board that I create using my template.

Board Tasks: Indicate section in the 7 Days/All Tasks views
Show task columns in "Al my tasks" & "Next 7 days" for workspace tasks (now it shows only the board name). Please let location of the workspace task in "Al my tasks" & "Next 7 days" show not only the space > board information, but space > board > column

Notifications: Always alert assignee
Chat notifications for a person.
When a person is assigned to a task, writing in the chat will automatically notify this person (or people) without the need to mention them again in the chat. In settings, you can disable notifications for a specific task.1 vote -
Board Tasks: Copy with custom fields
Custom fields: when you copy a task with custom fields, the content of the fields are also copied.

Views: Make Custom fields visible for External Viewers
It has no sense to Publish a board for external viewers, if they won't see the full content of the cards on the board (the custom fields are missing on the cards).
Also it would be better to allow external viewers to switch views, so they can see the table view.

Boards: Add "archive completed" to sections quick-actions
Add an option to archive only completed task in a column, not just "all tasks" as it is now.

Product: Add sequential Projects
lets you mark a project as either parallel, meaning you can do all of the tasks anytime, or as sequential in which case you work on it step-by-step. With sequential projects all tasks depend on the one before. See screeen shot from a competing app.

Boards: Print option on web/desktop
Ability to print to do lists and Do list from a Kanban Project Board. This is a basic one but this would be super helpful

Product: Ability to use Mac voice control/dictation on desktop/web
Hi I'm loving the Siri/Apple Reminders integration to add tasks to anydo from my iphone on the go. However there is a delay in seeing those tasks on the web screen. We'd love to be able to tun on the voicecontrol icon on our Mac deskop and enter a task directly that way as well.

Tags: Allow to re-order board tags
Hi, I work for a law firm and have a bunch of tags I've created for our team- urgent (red), important (orange), asap (yellow), client communications (pink), court communications (blue), etc. We'd like the ability to be able to move the order around. You can't do this in the tag dialog box, the order is the order you put them in. Perhaps you could also consider having 2 types of tags instead of one long list- 1)priority tags and 2)custom tags

My Day: Add to my day ability to see top 10 tasks and today's top 2 objectives
It's recommended by productivity gurus to only have 10 tasks or less on your plate in a given day for your task list to be achieveable as well as having 2 top priority tasks to focus on in a given day. We would love to see these capabilties added to My Day

Profuct: Add Today's Communications to the top left bar
Add Today's Communications to the top left bar with my day, next 7 days, all my tasks etc. Today's communications would include all calls and emails to follow up on today. OR you could all it as a section on the My Day page.

My Day: Make add to my day function more prominent
Right now the add to my day button (looks like a bullseye) is very small and not as noticeable as we would like. Can you make it more prominent somehow by adding it to the button area that says assign, due date, #tags etc?

Product: Admin-controlled features
Would love to be able to remove features our firm doesn't need/use for users as an admin. For instance although it's really cool, I don't think we will use the chat feature.
