Tracking and Reports: Completed tasks report + search
If your boss asks you for a report on your activities, Any.do would be able to create a report of all the tasks you've completed within a specified timeframe. Hopefully it would also contain statistics like "tasks per day" and "most productive day."

I need to be able to download or at least view an archive of completed tasks in a calendar format. I have a small learning disability and use any.do to help me remember to complete tasks at work. The problem is after completing them, I also need to look back at specific days so I can report what I accomplished.

I want to see insights reports or chart views on how long I am taking from time the task scheduled vs actually it's completed..
What time of the day I am mostly planning for my activity.
For a paid app, not getting insights is sub optimal ..

Having a clear, succinct summary of how many tasks I've completed is not only motivating but is a good way to summarize how productive I've been during the day. I used to use Google Calendar reminders to tick items off which would give me a nice summary of how many I've completed that day.

Give feedback about daily tasks. For example, tell a user when they've completed tasks for 10 days in a row! Or when the user has completed a task in only 3 days! It would be really helpful for re-prioritizing tasks, if you see you are not performing well for certain tasks.

I'm thinking of the gamified to do apps like 'Habitica' and 'Epic Win.' I love the design of Any.do, but I'd like also to feel more satisfied when I complete a task.

I was surprised that this was not already a foundation feature. To show only completed tasks for ONE day gives me no clear idea on the chronology of completed tasks going back days or even months ago.

Here here!! I’m going to open a new suggestion on this - there needs to be a Completed Tasks Management feature that’s as important as keeping up with what’s not yet done - but that looks at what’s been done to learn from it. What’s happened this week? Who is having trouble with productivity and needs coaching? Who would be a good coach for someone with trouble getting thing done? (Speaking of Getting Things Done…. but that’s a whole 'nother thing) Anyone can mark a task done, and then who knows whether it has actually been done or not? If a team member marks a task complete, there’s no way to realize it without manually going and looking through completed task to see i there’s something that’s been completed by someone thawt isn’t even started. I have that happen often for various reasons, from not knowing how it works, to not wanting to have to do it, and all kinds of other excuses or reasons. Completing a task is the big event, and it needs to be given the kind of importance it merits by making the completion of a task something that can be 1) notified to the team 2) notified to the team leader 3) APPROVED BY SONEONE(s), 4) a trigger to kick off a new task automatically based in the kind of task it was. It could intiate a task to review the task just marked complete by smeone on the team, a olleague or team leader. There needs to be reports that are vital to know what’s been done todayu and by whom, and what’s next. it is the time to celebrate and tol take account o the results when a task is marked completed. it contains experience, information, knowledge, suggestions, learning — thing that are valuable and thta need to be captured and made use of so that the completion odo smoething can be a soure o improvement to the entire team or organization. It’s the point of having put the task on the list oin the first place, and it needs to be given serious and considerable onsideration as to how best to manage and to learn./extract the value from the work that’s been done. Right now, it’s scary how simple it is to mistakenly lose tasks becuase of how eash it is to let them be comp, leted and deleted and poteentially lost forever. The impact on a project could be devastating. Please allow us to learn from out work and nto prevent accidents by adding even some simple functionlairy. If you would like i would be glad to write out design speciicsations for task completion management. Just let me know ok!

Is there any possibility to store an historic, where the tasks done can be checked and reviewed without open them again and organized per days. Maybe with the premium option? I think It would be an interesting feature. For instance, in my case, sometimes I take notes in the tasks, and later I need to check it again for different reasons.
Thanks in advance

I want to see my completed task date wise. Also print report option for completed task. Completed task should remain in one folder till removed manually.
