Here here!! I’m going to open a new suggestion on this - there needs to be a Completed Tasks Management feature that’s as important as keeping up with what’s not yet done - but that looks at what’s been done to learn from it. What’s happened this week? Who is having trouble with productivity and needs coaching? Who would be a good coach for someone with trouble getting thing done? (Speaking of Getting Things Done…. but that’s a whole 'nother thing) Anyone can mark a task done, and then who knows whether it has actually been done or not? If a team member marks a task complete, there’s no way to realize it without manually going and looking through completed task to see i there’s something that’s been completed by someone thawt isn’t even started. I have that happen often for various reasons, from not knowing how it works, to not wanting to have to do it, and all kinds of other excuses or reasons. Completing a task is the big event, and it needs to be given the kind of importance it merits by making the completion of a task something that can be 1) notified to the team 2) notified to the team leader 3) APPROVED BY SONEONE(s), 4) a trigger to kick off a new task automatically based in the kind of task it was. It could intiate a task to review the task just marked complete by smeone on the team, a olleague or team leader. There needs to be reports that are vital to know what’s been done todayu and by whom, and what’s next. it is the time to celebrate and tol take account o the results when a task is marked completed. it contains experience, information, knowledge, suggestions, learning — thing that are valuable and thta need to be captured and made use of so that the completion odo smoething can be a soure o improvement to the entire team or organization. It’s the point of having put the task on the list oin the first place, and it needs to be given serious and considerable onsideration as to how best to manage and to learn./extract the value from the work that’s been done. Right now, it’s scary how simple it is to mistakenly lose tasks becuase of how eash it is to let them be comp, leted and deleted and poteentially lost forever. The impact on a project could be devastating. Please allow us to learn from out work and nto prevent accidents by adding even some simple functionlairy. If you would like i would be glad to write out design speciicsations for task completion management. Just let me know ok!

We’ve released the option to reorder sub tasks on all available platforms. We will review other action items in this suggestion during 2019 and will comment with any updates.

This isn’t something that should need to be voted on, it’s obvious subtasks need to be orderable, that’s not a new feature, it’s a missing function.
