How Can We Improve Any.Do for personal users?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. A calendar view in Any.do app

    Have a calendar view in the Any.do app itself, without having to use a secondary app. Thought there used to be one, I could be wrong though.

  2. Integrate with the new Google Calendar Reminders

    It's like when you add a reminder in your google calendar, this then syncs to your any.do app. Any.do is a big help to me. As a busy Mom of three boys and a work-at-home Mom at the same time, I really need reminders such as payable, school activities, tasks from clients etc. Most of my events are in google calendar and I also add reminder there so I guess it would be better to sync the reminders I add to my any.do also.

  3. Sharing: Indicate task owner

    Add owner's icon next to task description to indicate who is the task assigned to. This is usefull when multiple people are sharing the list

  4. print task - with subtasks

    I create a task with a list of sub tasks under the task, it would be great to have the option to print just the one task with the list of subtasks attached to it so I can tick them off.

    Any.do has released the ability to print or export any list, including sub-tasks :)

  5. new task/subtask order

    when entering a new task or subtask it should appear at the bottom of the list and not the top for easier prioritizing. If I’m entering a group of tasks at once the conventional way of doing it would be in the order in which they need to be completed without having to enter a due time for each individual task (which does not impact the sort order anyway)

  6. Synchronisation with calendar

    Any reminder added to calendar synchronise with any do and vice versa. Sub task also have its own due date and time reminder. Taks arranged by today's and tomorrow and this week, goal display separate with reminder and follow up.

    Can you make the button to come back the day of today if I have gone too far from today day. It will be fast and simply to find:)
    And it will be wonderful if we'll may this month full. add in the settings the view "weekly" "monthly". Thanks for your attention!

    This is possible by tapping on the Calendar icon on the bottom of the Any.do app :)

    Any.do released Action Icons that link specific tasks with calls, emails, or texting of people in your contacts list :)

  10. Screen wide 'Next 7 days' view

    I really like the feature that I can schedule what I want to do for the next 7 days in advance and use "Drag and Drop".

    I have a pretty wide monitor, but the last two days don't fit on it anymore, so I have to keep scrolling horizontally.

    Couldn't you make it so that you automatically match the size of the 7 days for the available space? Or at least don't have to scroll, have the task list pinned to the left.

  11. Sync with Google calendar. especial if it would sync with 2 Google calendars!

    Desperately needs to sync with Google calendar. Especially if it would sync with 2 Google accounts.

  13. Calendar: Add event reminder

    You can add the time of the reminder other than the event. Eg: meet Mr. Esposito on 15/06 at 12.00 - but remember me at 11.30. Thank you

  15. Complete landscape views on Android platforms so the use of an attached keyboard can be used.

    Need to code all edit, create and update functions to recognize landscape mode on an android system and function in landscape mode and also function against the landscape no landscape key on the Android system.

  16. Integrations: Support subtasks in ChatGPT

    Enable Sub-Task Creation and Management via ChatGPT Integration (Written and Voice).

    As a Family Premium user, I’ve linked Any.do to ChatGPT and love using it to manage tasks through both the written interface and occasionally the voice feature. However, I’d like to take it a step further by being able to create and manage sub-tasks directly through ChatGPT.

    Currently, I can create main tasks easily, but there’s no way to break them down into sub-tasks—like adding "buy ingredients" or "prep meal" under "cook dinner"—without switching to the Any.do app. This disrupts my workflow, especially when I’m using ChatGPT’s voice mode…

  17. make the tasks trigger the alarm instead of the quiet alert

    I'm on android, Kit Kat. When a scheduled item is due, it just gives a quiet chirp i almost never hear right away. I'd like the option to trigger the alarm clock. I recently found that app To Do Reminder does this.

    The option to select a specific sound for the app’s reminders is already available on Android.

    Any.Do is my go-to app every single day, every single free moment I have, I'm checking my "Today" list on Any.Do

    It's such a frequently used app that I wish my iCal events would automatically populate into the list as well. Every morning, I copy key calendar events into my Any.Do app by rewriting them as tasks. This is annoying to do everyday but why would events on my calendar app not also show up in my To-Do-List for the day? They shouldn't be separate things...

    I've tried the Cal app by Any.Do by I'm not a huge fan of…
