How Can We Improve Any.Do for personal users?

    As a Family Plan subscriber, I love the existing Any.do + ChatGPT integration for managing tasks. However, I’d like to suggest an enhancement to make it even more powerful: enabling ChatGPT to add or edit task descriptions when creating or updating tasks.

    For example, I often use ChatGPT to create a task plan for learning a new topic (e.g., "Learn Python basics").   4. Integrations: Expand ChatGPT API information

    I'd like for ChatGPT to have access to the Metadata of a task. In this particular case, I wanted to do a breakdown of my day based on tags with the help of chatgpt and it said it couldn't.

  5. Personal Tasks: Progress Bar for Tasks with Subtasks

    I think a great feature would be to have a progress bar next to tasks that have subtasks (either by percentage or number of subtasks completed, e.g. 3/5 completed).

  6. 2FA Two Factor Authentication

    In today's world where accounts are getting hacked every second, we need an option to increase the security of the account. Most of us use Any.do for work tasks, and on some of them, there are important data. It's a must to add a 2FA login to increase the security of the app.

  8. Views: Weekly Task Views

    There should be a Task List view where you can see all week days subcategories.

    The app support the option to view the calendar in a weekly view but this view is not supported at Task list, where you can see only Today, Tomorrow and Upcoming.

    Every weekend I try to plan my tasks for the week and not having a weekly view makes harder to distribute and mensure how many tasks I have each day, since all tasks that I'm not planning to do Today or Tomorrow are put together at Upcoming subcategory.

  9. Reminders: Location reminders without time

    As it stands now, location reminders must be linked to a particular time as well in order to be repeating reminders. I am trying to establish new habits to save time and be more efficient, like checking the mail right when I get home instead of whenever I happen to remember. Being able to set recurring reminders based only on locations would be a useful habit-shaping tool.

    Location reminders in the new Full Task design do not require a time set.

  10. Please please please stop telling me to reduce my number of tasks!

    I love Anydo, but I am irritated almost every morning by a message telling me I have too many to-do's for the day and things would be a whole lot easier if I cut the number down (it tends to suggest less than six!). If I had less than six things to do I wouldn't need a to-do list!! There is something bizarre about a to-do reminder service that only ever reminds me that I have too much to do. Please stop it :-)

  11. Assign tasks to users and add a time tracking option.

    We are a job shop with multiple employees. We are currently looking for software to add jobs and assign to different people with maybe color bars. Something that gives off some stats. Would like to clock in on a project and log the time it took to complete.

  13. Import data from to-do list

    Add option to import data from to-do list (since its your biggest competitor) you can easily steal there users because you already have better feature and looks but people who are already using it have all there data there and it's hard to switch without getting old data so if you add option for it people can change from to-do list to any do without any problems and your user will increase significantly

  14. Offer an Ad-free plan for $9.99 per year

    I just need the basic functionality of this app and I appreciate the service being provided, but the recent addition of video ads that play audio is a showstopper. I will stop using this app if these video ads are not muted or removed entirely. I feel like a $10 per year, ad-free version is fair compensation for the basic app and the sync service.

  15. Product: Integrate AI to answer user questions about planned activities

    It would be great to ask an AI on WhatsApp or within the app about all planned activities for a specific period, like, "What do I need to attend in the morning?"

    Additionally, I don’t like how the WhatsApp integration was implemented. It feels too rigid, responding strictly to requests without understanding the context. It assumes that everything I type is about adding a new task, which is frustrating. A AI can solve this also.

    I'm sure at already submitted this but I can't find the original post...
    MFA should be implemented, we're in 2024 and it's a security standard.

    Il should support TOTP, mail and Webauthn.
