How Can We Improve Any.Do for personal users?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  2. Create Task / Subtask templates

    In my personal life I have quite a few tasks that contain multiple subtasks. Being able to create a template that I can easily slot in on a day to complete this task would make it easier than having to re-write the 12+ subtasks for the multiple tasks I have going on.

  3. Reminders: Repeat from completion for Premium members

    Hi, thanks a lot for the great work on this app — I really enjoy using it and it’s been a huge help in organizing my daily life.

    I noticed that the "repeat after completion" feature is currently available for Family and Team accounts, which is awesome!
    I’m currently using a Personal Premium account and would absolutely love to have access to this feature as well.

    Many of my tasks are better suited to a flexible recurrence based on when I actually complete them, rather than a fixed schedule. Things like cleaning routines, watering plants, check-ins, or habit-based reminders are…

  4. Reminders: Recurrence option in quick-add bar

    Have an option to make a task repeat when first creating it. When we make a new task we have to go back into the list of all of our tasks and then find it and then after finding it give it the option to repeat either daily weekly monthly or yearly. We should be able to do that right away when creating the tasks.

  5. Filter option for tasks without tag

    I have no filter option to show tasks with no tag. A default "No tag" filter option would be essential. Could you implement it?

  7. Please automate the tasks each day

    Please, I need that when I organize a week with tasks each day, the app update automatically. At this moment, I organize my week every Sunday, but every day, I need to redefine which task I wanna do. If I define on Sunday, I hope when I open the app on Wednesday, it show me the tasks I've defined previously on Sunday. That problem occur on Desktop (Windows) and Mobile (Android) that I use. But it's more critical on Android.

  8. Image clipboard paste onto the tasks

    Anydo should allow users to paste images directly into tasks. Currently, users can only upload images from their hard drive or drag and drop them, which takes a lot of time. Additionally, viewing the images requires downloading them to the hard drive again, which is time-consuming. Users should be able to view the images without having to download them.

  9. option to see the full text in titles instead of just first words

    option to see the full text in titles instead of having to click and open the task/subtask/note. Compared to other reminders app that show you the full task (ticktick in the 3rd picture)

  10. DIAGRAMATICAL VIEW FOR BETTER ADJUSTMENT OF OUR TASKS/TODOs

    DIAGRAMATICAL VIEW e.g (VENN DIAGRAM) FOR BETTER ADJUSTMENTS OF OUR TASKS TO ORGANISE THE OVERLAPPING IN A WEEK VIEW. FOR EXAMPLE IF I HAVE A TASK TO READ A BOOK AT 7:00 PM ON COMING FRIDAY, AND THERE ALSO HAD ANOTHER TASK THAT IS GOING TO BE HAPPEN AT SAME DATE AND TIME, IT WOULD SHOW US DIAGRAMATICALLY ITS OVERLAPPING.

  12. My Days: Sync tasks to calendar

    If I add something to My Day, I want it to show up in the calendar view. I like to add everything to my day, then go to the calendar view to drag them to the time I want to work on them. But I currently have to make them due that day in order for them to appear on the calendar.

  13. Product: list of items found when searching

    It would be great that anytime I do a search, the list of items found still available after I select one of the items and make a change. Why? Because many times I've to make changes on more than one of those items found.

  14. I think the tags should still be visible when the task is done.

    I use the tags to see what is the development area of each task, and I would like to see them even when I've already completed the task.

  15. Display the task's LIST during moment

    The tasks that are displayed during the "moment" do not show LIST they are in.
    It is quite common to have generic tasks like "review contract" in 2 or more lists, but when they appear in the "moment" I do not know WHICH one I'm looking at: Is it the "review contract" of "ACME" or of "HOME LEASE"?

    I've suggested this quite some time ago and got plenty votes but someone @ any.do confused it and merged it into this [closed] suggestion that is not even remotely a similar concept: https://anydo.uservoice.com/users/928971139-miguel-balsevich

  16. Add Categories to the All Tasks Menu

    So when you have the tasks what you wanna do when we see all tasks. And like we have made multiple folders or icons. What we should do is add their categories so we when see the tasks when we click on All is to see the categories they belong to. Thanks

  18. Daily Objectives - TOP 3 Goals for that day + link the task to the goal in %

    In a corner, I will like to note and see my TOP 3 Objectives for the day and completion measurement. When I do 'my day' I would like to link the task to the specific goal and set a %. (If I complete these tasks, what % of the goal will it be done?) When I complete a task to saw in that corner, how my goals measurement rises to 25% (for example) because I linked this task to a specific goal.
