How Can We Improve Any.Do for personal users?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  3. UI : Disable Vibration option

    Please add the option to disable the vibration. I love this app but the overly strong vibration makes it very annoying to use. Until this is fixed I cannot use or recommend this app.

  5. Manually Retrigger Reminder/Notification for Mobile (Android)

    Add an option to individual tasks to manually re-trigger the reminder notification. I am occasionally "swiping away" or clearing notifications from the notification bar in my Android device and accidentally swipe away an Any.Do task notification for a task that I had not completed. Allowing a manual re-trigger to reinstate the notification would be incredibly useful.

    Alternatively, add the option to turn on an "are you sure?" confirmation when swiping away the notification.

  6. Task page

    1.Task page to have time lines visible . we shall be able to place tasks between time slots like between 10 am 11.am.12.am like that and these time slots should be visible as horizontal lines.

    2.Provision to Migrate from task page of each day to next or previous through arrow buttons on either side of today with date

  7. Turkish notification support. It's a completely Turkish app.

    Some of the incoming notifications are in English. Please have full Turkish language support. If it's all in Turkish, I'll buy Premium.

    Tasks are visible in Calender and Tasks widget. A feature to hide tasks in Calender widget is needed to avoid repetition.

  10. Edit Multiple tasks on mobile

    I think I would useful to select actions to multiple tasks on mobile. Web service is useful but cant be performed on the go.

  11. Tag auti save

    When applied a tag to a task, you have to click "save" while other changes tova task are auto saved. It's a redundancy.

    Bigger thumbnails for attached photos to tasks we're talking 2x3 inches or so and native photo viewing a la tick ticks implementation

  14. UI: Prevent task reminder from interrupting other actions (camera recording for instance)

    Prevent the app from generating reminders whilst the user is performing actions such as using the keyboard or the Camera application.

    I've had several instances where a reminder has interrupted my typing, or stopped a video recording (sometime during a critical moment!). I really love the reminder feature but it could just calm down while I'm doing other things first :P

    Bigger Text. The text in the Widget is too Small. The "make the text bigger from the phone settings" response is The Worst and it doesn't work Well. The text from the phone Will Be Giant while the text from the app will still be much smaller :| That response that you gave is the worst.

  17. Moment: cancel/ignore button for repeat tasks

    When using moment, I have repeat tasks that I know I can't do that day. I don't want to defer because I know it will appear again on correct day. Also I don't want to have to think when I need to deffer to because I have set them up correctly. So the only option is delete, but this deletes the recuring task completely. So when it's a recuring task another button is shown, I.e. Cancel / Ignore. either on 1st moment choices or in a sub choices of remove
    which shows Remove / Ignore.

    For now I can complete…

  18. Add Birthday reminder

    Add the functionality of automatic reminders about contacts’ birthdays. To avoid using third party applications for this.

    Or, even better, automatically create a task (with a reminder) - “Wish Mr. John a happy birthday!”

  19. White dots underneath dates showing days that have tasks in calandar widget

    Could you put an indicator on the calendar widget that signifies days that have tasks?

    Without having any indicator, I have to click through each day individually to check if I have any tasks that day.

    With a little white dot below the date, I would be able to see upcoming tasks at a glance.

    I would really appreciate this a lot, this would help out a lot when I am planning/scheduling and looking ahead.
