How Can We Improve Any.Do for personal users?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  2. Allow widget to be transparent for iPhone

    Allow widget to be transparent on home screen for iPhone users so we can see our wallpaper through it.

  3. Smart type

    When i type a task followed by Smart type reminder such as day and time. The reminder is set, but the time and day are displayed along with the task in the list. This wasnt their in the previous version. How to avoid that ?

  4. Provide option to only show badges for tasks assigned to you

    Any.do's badge system worked well for me when I was the only person on a list. However, now I have a shared list with a coworker, and I see badges for tasks I am not responsible for. This breaks the app for me.

    Please provide an option to only see badges for tasks that are assigned to you.

  5. Reminder

    Allow to set default no reminder flag. I want to choose getting notify only for specific tasks

  6. There is an issue happening where when I try to edit something mid way it starts deleting or adding right from the last word. Can you please

    There is an issue happening in any.do after recent update where when I try to edit a reminder at the beginning it starts editing at the end

  7. Integrations: Apple Shortcuts

    Is support for Apple Shortcuts already under development?
    I’ve noticed that some entries are already present, but they don’t seem to be working yet.
    If not, please consider adding Apple Shortcuts integration with broad support for app events such as “creation/completion of subtask” or “add task to My Day.”

  8. Any reminder i create for today using Siri should populate under “my day”

    When I say “hey siri set a reminder today for grocery shopping.” That task should automatically be populated in the my day tab

  9. Use "Focus" to save used time as a timetracker

    You have this amazing feature "Focus" while working on the task. You can save the time used and it will be so natural timetracker to use.

  10. Widget: show only "Today" for a set list

    In the iOS widget, I would like to show only the items due today for a specific list (e.g. "Personal", or "Work") - or at least to sort them by due date.

  11. Change complication on Apple Watch to icon with round progress bar of completed today’s tasks

    It would be perfect if like in Todoist it was Complication on the Apple Watch the icon of Any.do with round progress bar of completed today’s tasks. It would be more comfortable

  12. It is not possible to add tasks from calendar any more, only events. I wonder if you could bring that back?

    It was easier for me just to use calendar and from there add both events and tasks. Now I need to log out to main menu, get to the list of tasks, add it and then get back to calendar. And also it seem to be not possible to complete tasks from calendar either

  13. New task-event type insert

    hello, I think it would be useful if you press the + key at the bottom of the screen, the possibility of selecting "task" or "event" appears, the program inserts one of the two choices by default, which then according to your experience is the most used ! And the user of the App changes only if the default choice proposed is not correct! This would in many cases save 50% of the time for entering the type of inputation.

  15. Calendar: Hide tasks on mobile (like on Web)

    Love having my calendar and task list all in one. But on my Mac app I can remove my tasks from my calendar agenda view but I can’t do this on my iPhone or iPad. I want the ability to hide the tasks on the agenda view.

  19. Sub task

    Make the sub task cell bigger (vertically?) so that if the text is more than just a couple of words it will still be visible in first glance rather then having to iterate through the words.

    Will he super helpful, to me, and coworkers that use it!

  20. Swipe left from edge in iOS to go to previous screen

    Most apps(e.g. gmail) allow you to swipe from the left edge to go to previous screen. It’s really convenient in iOS apps especially since there is no back button in OS.
