Product: Associate multiple e-mail addresses with one Any.Do account
I live and die by the ability to turn e-mail messages into task items by e-mailing them. I signed up for Any.Do using my gmail account, but want to be able to e-mail tasks from my corporate account as well. Without being able to associate that address to my Any.Do signup account, e-mail doesn't help me.
I could cancel that account and switch to corporate, but ultimately the strength of a good list management system is also its ability to unify multiple sources into a single list, so I think this feature is very relevant.
Either that, or set up the service so that it provisions a unique Any.Do e-mail address which users can send to from any source account.

Like many similar apps Any.do was created to support only one email account. We appreciate the feedback however we must pass on this one.

Three years since this request was made. Wunderlist allows multiple email addresses. Other task managers allow multiple email addresses or have unique forwarding addresses. Notetaking apps support it: OneNote allows multiple email addresses, and Evernote has a unique address you can forward to from anywhere. Come on, Any.do -- this is basic functionality. The OP is not unique -- many of us live and die by turning email messages into tasks. And who doesn't have at least two email accounts these days (business, personal)? I check-in with Any.do about once a year to see if this feature has finally been implemented. 2016 and still the answer is no? Wunderlist remains the best option. See you next year.

Totally agree. This is the other deal killer for me and Any.do - It is a shame, because I prefer the interface much more.

This would be very good feature as I use 3 different email address during the day and would like to have one task manager to deal with.

I would love to be able to see my personal account at work so i can plan my day, but I dont want to have mundane work stuff cluttering up my phone.

OK, so I have seen a bunch of suggestions referencing "multiple accounts" and "alias accounts" but none of them really seem to explain the issue properly or offer up the solution.
What we need is a way to email to Any.do from ANY email address we add to our Any.do account, and I mean ANY!
No task manager is any good if all we can do is manage a single segment of our lives, I want everything - business(s), personal, volunteer, social, everything, to be in my Any.do lists. That means I need to be able to send to Any.do from every email account I could possibly have.
Nearly EVERY other task manager allows this
Wunderlist - "You can add additional email addresses to your Wunderlist account on www.wunderlist.com/account/emails. Once that's done, you can select the default list to send your emails to for each linked email address by going to here."
Todoist - "Email addresses you wish to accept tasks from
We only accept emails from an email address that we know. If you want to receive tasks from other email addresses enter them below."Todoist even goes one better - "Wildcard addresses: If you add @mycompany.com then we will accept all emails that are sent from mycompany.com emails. Perfect to receive tasks from your colleagues."
I would also like to specify what list my email gets added based on the email address it comes from. me@home goes to "Personal", me@work goes to "Work", theotherme@theotherwork goes to "Other Business"'

I can't believe it's taking so long to get this done! All the other major competitors are offering this. Not having this simple feature forced me to cancel my subscription and move to Wunderlist

The unique email address suggestion would be a great added-value item for "Premium" accounts.

Most of us have multiple email addresses... for example: personal, work, double-top secret, hanky-panky, covert operations, etc.
If I want to add a task while reading email from on of the "other" e-mail addresses, forwarding it to do@any.do sends it into a black hole. If my wife is mad at me and I create a quick email to buy her two dozen roses (because she's really mad) - and send it from anything but the associated email account - it doesn't get on the two do list! ---
QUICK SIMPLE SOLUTION:
provide each user with a unique email address to send items to their account.
ie: WinstonC_1234DO@any.do -

If we had been assigned with a unique email address (e.g. myname12345@any.do), we could then forward the emails to that address from anywhere and assign tasks.

And make this feature to be interchangeable within the app using a single tap instead of signing out and signing in every time.

It really helps for people who run different companies or organisations.
Any.do is all about organising work so that it becomes easier to remember, collab and finish.
I run multiple organisations and companies and I hate to see all the work attached to my personal email id or works from different companies attached to one single work email id.
It would be nice to separate the work force.
Home user (personal email id)
Company 1 user (work 1 email id)
Company 2 user (work 2 email id)So If i select work 2, all my lists and collabs will be limited to only that work.
Just like how diff google accounts works...

Being able to email tasks from multiple email accounts is an absolute must-have. Every user has at least 2 email addresses; one work and one personal.

I would appreciate being able to add my work email address as a second email to add tasks from - so that I could forward to do@any.do from either work or personal address to add tasks.

Yes! I can't believe that this easily implemented feature has been on hold so long!

Yes! Migrating from trello and evernote that enable me to do that from a corporate email alias that operates over my gmail makes this a critical feature for me. Otherwise I'm limited to getting the most out of this via the Chrome plug in which seems to reduce the mobility of this somewhat. Please enable us to have a unique email address that we can determine where things get populated in our any.do lists (as Trello does).

Definitely needed. Just as in any of the Google apps (Gmail Or Drive etc.), it would be great to switch between personal and work accounts. I would prefer to keep my lists separate.

I would like to sync any tasks, events, or reminders from multiple accounts so that I can easily view/create/complete them all from Any.do. If this is already an available feature, where can I add additional accounts? Thanks for considering.
