Reminders: Disable pop up
Can you make an option that will allow us to disable all disable pop up notifications with one button?
With changes coming to Android Q, the pop up will be adapted to show only when tapping the reminder’s notification :)
As Any.do is always optimized to comply with the latest Android version, we will not be expanding this compatibility to previous Android version.

Please reopen or explain, why it's "completed", since the requested feature seems not implemented (see comment from Wireball commented · August 14, 2016 04:35).
Thanks!

To disable pop-up messages if keyboard is active. I often press to the pop-up message during texting in WhatsApp or something like this.

Please add this long alarm feature

All I see is under Preferences: Any.do Moment: "Popup: ON/OFF".
The suggestion title says "reminders". This suggestion is not completed as of version 3.4.21.0 for Android.
The reminders across the bottom are timed just perfectly to show up as I tap on the android "home" or "apps" button, and cause me to dismiss or complete a notification without even seeing *what* I completed.

I really dislike to be interrupted by the reminders, and would love to see an option to choose to have reminders as standard Android notifications that does not take over the screen, but shows up in the top of the screen, easily accessible by the drag down from top gesture.

They say the feature is completed but I don't see it. Does anyone has this?

Doesn't make any sense to have an alert pop up and interrupt while I am trying to take a photo or playing a full screen game.

It's very annoying when you're trying to type something, or take a picture/video, and the notifications keep interrupting.

"Sometimes I'm in the process of hitting the back button on my phone when a reminder pops up and it accidentally dismisses the reminder. This flaw is the main thing that makes Any.do unreliable for me as a reminder app Because I have no idea what just got dismissed. I have too many alarms to often find what it was.
Ideas to solve this problem:
You could program a delay from the time a reminder pops up until it will accept a back arrow to dismiss the alarm.Or maybe there could be a dialog box that pops up and asks ""if you're sure u want to dismiss the alarm"" if you dismiss an alarm using the back arrow in order to prevent this from happening. Maybe there could be a setting that you could set to have those dialog boxes or not for people that don't want that extra step.
Thanks :)"

Luckily the developers re-enabled the pop up reminders for me when their recent update disabled them :)

I like the enabling/disabling idea for pop ups. I have so many things in my notifications with Facebook, etc that I don't notice reminders there so I prefer pop ups, but I can see how many people wouldn't like them.
I like the snooze all idea!!
Also - if you're in a hurry to get rid of all the pop up reminders u can tap the screen above the reminders and they'll all go away for a minute.
I agree that there should just be a short buzz regardless of how many reminders u have pop up - the extended buzzing with multiple reminders is annoying.

Any,do guys, think that your app is used to set a lot of reminders; if someone has to remember just two activities, they will not use your app. So, having that long buzz when 10+ reminders fire off at the same time is just annoying. And the most annoying thing is when you cannot postpone them as soon as they ring: when the screen switches off, as soon as you switch it on again all the ten reminders ring again! That's not acceptable!

How can I disable reminders completely?

Agreed. It often interferes with my mapping apps. In fact, in one of them it takes away the focus and the now background mapping app can no longer give me directions. The pop-up totally interferes with any handsfree thing you may be doing.

Yes! The notifications should just live in the status bar. They could be interactive with the same options of snoozing, dismissing, and marking as done. (Like the LinkedIn app lets you accept a connection request or see the person's profile directly from the notification.)

Option for alarm that doesn't turn off unless you acknowledge it or recurring alarm notifications.

it is really annoying, because I can always disable push ups but not these popups, and their appearing with sound each time while turning on screen is awful. Please add disabling feature in options

Any.do,
Please fix this. I like the reminders in normal notification format. I can see some people enjoying the screen takeover notification, but personally it's just aggravating because it pops up every time I turn my screen on and it's glitchy. The option to keep normal notifications (like when I get a text, email, etc.) and not the glitchy extra large one would be nice.
