do@any.do: Email tasks with subtasks
Using any.do for work projects, I think a great new feature would be the ability to add subtasks as well as the ability to share the task with others when creating tasks via email. The CC field of the email could be used for adding email addresses to share the task with, and for creation of subtasks.. perhaps the use of the + symbol preceding a line of text like the following:
+subtask 1
+subtask 2
+subtask 3
..and so on.
With the work I do, a lot of the projects require the same tasks to be completed.. so adding this feature would allow me to create templates for task creation that I can use to quickly create a full project list with all the subtasks when I'm mobile and working from my phone/tablet...versus creating each task list line by line manually in the ios app.
Hope you find my idea to be useful and worth adding in!
Thanks for your time!

Totally agree as many tasks at work originate via email.

In general, when forwarding email to any.do (do@any.do), the email subject becomes the task name and the body of the email becomes a note. If the forwarded email has an attachment(s), the attachments to not come into any.do. My attachments often contain essential background information for performing the task. Including email attachments within the task is an essential requirement for my use of any.do. Please give this your active consideration.

At the moment you can add a task by sending an email through do@any.do
However, this is just bare minimum subject and body. Would be nice to add reminders to the same task, possibly by mentioning the date and time in the body or subject.Cheers

This would be useful for any email source.

I agree on this. Especially when you are using af phone it is quite cumbersome to move a task from last position og SOMEDAY to TODAY.

it would be good to forward an email from any email client to a specific email address that opens as a task in Any.do

I requested this some time ago on the G+ community page.
I organise projects using Trello and send my next actions to any.do from there. It would be SO GOOD if the actions I sent automatically showed up in my next any.do moment rather than me having to manually move them across from someday.
In fact - it makes no sense to me why emailed tasks appear in someday at all!

I use Scannable to take digitize incoming paperwork that represents a task. I can easily email to Any.do from Scannable to create the task, but the image itself cannot currently be automatically attached to the task.
This would also be useful for task creation from Gmail.

The default for email tasks is someday.
