  1. It would be nice to be able to sync with my calendar, and sort the tasks by their due date!

Syncing any.do with the calendar (hopefully everyone), import items (tasks) pending with their due date, and build a list of pending activities near their due date!!! (the list order dorted by priority+due date) that's what everybody needs!

  2. Intergrate with multiple platforms

Gypsy Luna commented · Just Now · Delete

Creating a Windows platform app would be so much better than to access via web, including your Cal app, which I'm really not liking at all. It's truly a waste of my time and I might as well use my gmail calendar, which I don't care for much either. Not to mention I've been doing a little research and ToDoist appears to be peaking my interest. Though I really like Any.Do but the limitations are becoming more unattractive.

  3. Reordering of tasks on widget

Problem- When I organize my tasks in the app to appear in the order I want to get things done, the widget does not display the tasks in the same order. Instead of using the widget, I have to reopen the app every time to view my tasks.

Solution- Please make the tasks in the widget appear in the same order as the tasks are organized in the app to maximize utility.
    Thank you!

The Widget View and the tasks’ order will correspond with your All list.

  4. Have a subscription plan for individuals

I run my business solo and have no intention of getting my family involved in my insanity and I'm sure there are at least a few other solo businesses out there :P So a plan based on the needs of the solo entrepreneur is required. This would not include any team collaboration features but would have; projects, subtasks (with due dates cause subtasks are just notes without a due date), attachments to upload docs, pictures, pdfs, advanced customisations for recurring tasks and integration with a Calendar and a Note app. Currently, I would still need Evernote to hold my extensive…

The app should be able to launch a call when I touch the a reminder as "call Alexandra". Our contact are already sync and recognized.

  6. Make the default "Plan Your Day" reminder time later (or make option to change it easier to find)

Plan Your Day goes off everyday for me at 9 am, and I would have deleted the app just now had I not found someone's explanation on this thread of where to disable it because it has woken me so many times. I've looked for this setting previously and had searched for it online but never managed to find it til now. This is a great app, and I worry how many have deleted it due to this small thing, but sleep is precious.

  10. Making the calender into a widget that can actually be seen on iPhones main pages with out fully opening the APP.

Android has calenders widgets that can be seen on your phones main pages with out fully opening the app. Makes easy access to calender agendas.

  11. Specify one native reminder list to pull from instead of all of them.

I do t want it pulling stuff in from all of my different lists in Reminders App. It would be great to have it be able to pull from multiple selected lists into separate any.do lists with the same name. But if we can't have that, at least choosing one list as a default to pull from would help a ton. They way you have it now makes Siri input unusable if you have multiple lists in reminders that are not tasks.

When its the exact time to leave, Anydo app Alerts us by ringing...
What I think that it would be great we dont need anymore to write down things, hours, way, hiw many minutes last and Anydo app, just manage day after day, that we ll never late or forget something to do in the day....Kind of Corana or Siri from microsoft and Apple....

  13. Throw any cal and any do together, especially for the any do moment

It's nice that I can see all the tasks to do for the upcoming day, but it would be even nicer, if I could simultaneously have an overview of my appointments and may reschedule them intuitively without opening anydo cal and losing sight of every task besides the event I want to reschedule.
That would make the anydo moment a lot more useful.
Btw you are almost there regarding the calendar app integration into anydo.

When program remind me a task and i want snooz it for tomorow the program has some limit and it just sugest me: ( 3 hours later, tomorow & ... ) but maybe i want to snooze it for two days later at 14:55. I think if program snooze has more option to edit time its better. Thanks

  15. Don’t auto open “I want to” screen

I most often look at my All Tasks screen. It’s irritating when I scroll down to get to the top and this “I want to...” screen automatically opens.

I close it every time without using it and it just a waste of time.

Maybe have a bar at the top you can enter text if you want to use it ... but not auto open upon scrolling.

  16. Ability to reorder lists.

I am only able to drag the tasks inside lists to reorder. If I have a list that I want to see at the top of my page I would like to reorder it. If this already exists, please let me know. Thanks.

  18. Show number of sub-tasks in the card-view please

When I have entered sub-tasks in a project it would be awesome to see some sort of notification like a ball with a number. Otherwise I simply don't see the sub-tasks.

  19. Rethink subscription model

I only needed to sync my iCloud reminders with Android for a while after I lost my phone and had to use Android temporarily. Any.do doesn't sync with my Mac's Reminders app. You should work on that.

Not only that, Apple doesn't charge for syncing Notes, Reminders and Calendar which is basically what Any.do does. Neither does Google. Why on earth would I pay for services that run natively on a given platform?--on a third party that won't sync in the background if the app is not asleep somewhere.

I'd gladly pay upfront for your app, after all you put…

  20. Categorize tasks by due date using red yellow green

I'm a college student using this application for everything from assignments to tasks for clubs I'm in. It can be very confusing to have to go back and forth between this application and my calendar to see when something is due. I often get assignemtns on a tuesday that aren't due for a week, but i still need to have them in the app or ill forget. Best way to automate this would be to prompt users when entering the task to give a date for when something is due. Then the colors are associate based on the due date.…
