Imagine generating 30 tasks in order to remind yourself every day to do your meditation or exercise and then can tick it and cross it out feeling that satisfaction of finishing it and then have the posivility of seeing your
progress in a "progress" or "habits" section.I suggesting something to say "ok this is a habit ", create a daily (example: meditation, studying) or weekly (example: exercise) which will give the user the freedom to just see his todo list and say "Alright its time to make my meditation/reading/exercise" without having to generate 30 tasks in a month. Just generate 1 task and apply it to "daily" "weekly" or "monthly" to help them stablish a habit. And sice you have a daily task, maybe you could do a habit tracking out of it.
Because you see, not everything in life are goals, some things are standarts to be accomplished, in other words habits. Exercising everyday to stay healthy, Studying every day to keep good grades, meditating everyday to keep our mental health, cooking healthy every day to keep eating healthy, investing every weekend to keep your investments going etc. And listening to the reminder and seeing your progress could do making a habit easier for everyone be a better person in life. It would be fantastic to see your task as a habit since you just look at the app and follow the tasks to be done today!.
