This is a feature I would like too!, the recurring tasks appearing on all tasks board makes it confusing. I normally use "All My Tasks" in tag view, so that I can identify which tasks is currently tagged as important, bills ect. but cos the tasks appears on the list even when its supposed to occur next month makes it very difficult to identify which should i focus on. If there is a way to list recurring tasks in a menu (side pannel) then the tasks only appears on the list when its supposed to be attended, then it would be great!
