The big downside for me that made me uninstall it is that only makes a simple sound like an incoming message. I need a sound like an incoming call that will continue until I close it, or at least will last for one minute. Otherwise if my phone is not close to me I am loosing the reminder. If this is not an issue for someone is a good application.
About the comment bellow, there is no option to choose any type of notification you like.
I am running Android 11 and the only option is to select sounds like those on sms.

An android 10 you can go in setting, notification choose any do and select a type of notification and choose your song
