Enable Easy View and Action of Task Subtasks lists under the Main Task created with a checkbox option and/or date to indicate the sub task is complete, or overdue, which calculates the sum of the Main hierarchy task being completed.
Example:
Task: Items Friends have Borrowed:
Sub Task: Drill loaned to Joe Due on: Chbx
Sub Task: Ladder loaned to Steve Due on: Chbx
Sub Task: Table saw loaned to Joan Due on: Chbx
Sub Task: Clippers loaned to Sue Due on: Chbx
Option there should be a pull-down for you to view all subtasks, with status & date options like: open, pending, complete or overdue
--- Overdue would trigger a user alert to advise action is required based off the due date.
