Excel would be fine. A text file would be fine as well.
I have a standard packing list that I use when I go on business trips. When I used the todo app called Todo, I was able to load that packing list from a file and then I could use that app to make sure I packed everything. With Any.do, it looks like my only option is to add them one at a time.
