Really would appreciate this feature, as there are many scenarios where you would need it and you want to ensure that you have done something (i.e. tracked it), for example, if you are following up with someone about something but you don't want to spam them and still want to know when you last contacted them. When you create the task, you have the option to copy the contents of the existing task.
