Workspace Tasks: Add 'done' option
I don't always want to update their status, give them tags or send them to a different section, but I just want them to be marked as completed and crossed as a common task. Is it possible to add " Mark as done" button?

Workspace Tasks: Allow moving between boards and lists
A task is a task. As users we only see tasks. They can be moved inside board sections and between lists. Now we need to move them out of boards and into lists.
Why? What we do with this?
* Create projects from a queue of ideas,
* Move board items to shared lists to distribute/assign work,
* Create aggregate worklists from across boards (think matrix management of work or the spotify dev model)
Basically, to us, the humble user, there is no difference between a list task and a board task.39 votes -
Product: Add full calendar view (like mobile)
I find my calendar events only on the "My Day" view, and the tasks are missing. I wont to see them together, like on mobile.
Also, I only see the current day. Can't choose another date.25 votes -
Workspace Tasks: Add task preview in My day
For all tasks both in "My day" view and in "Next seven day" view I would like to see more legible information: tags, a few lines from the description, time and date. It would be very helpful to be able to understand my objects at the very first glance.

Workspace Tasks: Expand/Collapse checklists
I recommend adding a feature that allows users to collapse the checklist section. This will enable a more organised and streamlined view, especially when dealing with extensive checklists.

UI: Adjust column width
The problem is that the column width is so narrow you can’t see enough of the Task Title.
The Task Title is the most important information; it needs to be seen in as much detail as possible.
There is a limit to the width because if the column is too wide, it can’t be comprehended easily—too long a string of words becomes something you can’t simply see and know all it says.
That optimal width may be as much as 4 times wider than the current column width in the Next 7 Days view.

Views: Show board and private tasks in the '7 days' and 'All my tasks' views
Assigned tasks from shared boards should show up in Next 7 days and All my tasks. Doesn't make sense to have assigned tasks NOT show up under a view called "All my tasks"! All means all ;) Additionally, the more flexible approach would be having a filter for assigned tasks across each shared board with the ability to toggle on/off all boards or select and choose which boards to show/hide assigned tasks from. Default could be show assigned tasks from all boards and possibly save previous selection and maintain state. I realize that My day view attempts to show what…

Board Tasks: Create hyperlinks directly
I suggest implementing the ability to create hyperlinks directly instead of relying solely on copying and pasting links into the text box., it would also be beneficial to allow users to rename attachments for better organisation and clarity.

Workspace Tasks: Create from template
It's great that we can set an entire board as a template, but adding a way to set a particular CARD as a template would be great. In other apps, we've been using boards for content production management (editorial calendar, etc). Each card is an article/episode/idea, and each column is a stage of production. Being able to set one card as the template, so that each new card we create on a given board already has all of the various checklists, fields, etc. that we need, is essential before we can fully commit to this product.

wrap text or expand text
I would like to see the ability to show all, expand, or wrap the text for items that are long, instead of having to open them individually on the website version. I see that you are able to do this from the Chrome extension. But from the web version it opens in the side window. Also it would be nice to be able to toggle the option to expand all so you dont' have to click through all of them if you are trying to find a specific item.

Monthly View
Please add a monthly calendar view on the desktop app! It's the last thing keeping our team from jumping fully onboard with Any.Do as our task management app. We need task assignment and the ability to view one anothers' individual calendars, as well as our own calendars in one app!

Can you please create a keyboard shortcut that sorts tasks by time instead of having to use the popup box and click twice to sort tasks?

AI functionality
A.i is getting more popular so it would be great to introduce this in the app.
Would be great to have a.i command prompts inline with the text. For example, ask a.i to write me a list of ideas for my blog etc
With a.i you'll be able to ask it any questions to add better notes for each task.

Hide completed recurring tasks until they're due again
When we check off a recurring task, another one immediately replaces it (albeit with the new due date below). It's a little more clear to have it disappear to only reappear when it's due again, yes? It's also a nice to be able to clear out your checklist for the day =p With the current implementation, it never becomes cleared out.
