Gantt View: Advanced Features for High-Precision Workflows
The current time display in the Gantt view is a good start. However, for my specific use case, I would need some additional features to work efficiently:
Advanced timeline zooming
I need to easily switch from a broad view (e.g. month, quarter or year) to a highly detailed one (e.g. hour or minute), ideally by scrolling with the mouse wheel — similar to this example: Zoomable Timeline – Benny Schudel (Observable) https://observablehq.com/@bennyschudel/zoomable-timeline
Clear and comparative display of active tasks
It’s essential for me to visually identify durations and overlaps at a glance, even down to a few minutes’ difference (e.g. 10:17–10:45), with horizontal bars indicating the time span and the name of the task. A reference example is the hourly Gantt chart you see here.

Dynamic interaction
Clicking on a task bar or hovering on it should ideally open additional details related to the same row/record (e.g. notes, assigned resources, priority, links to documents).
These enhancements would make project visualization far more effective, especially for time-sensitive workflows that require fine granularity.
