Board Automations: "Archive a task" as an action
Board Automations are great, but it should include "Archive a task" as an action after the trigger, so tasks can actually disappear from the board.

attachments - allow choice of displaying as thumbnail gallery or just file names.
The thumbnail gallery of attachments clutters the task. Please allow two display choices for attachments: “thumbnail gallery” or “file names”.

Tag Groups - Managing tasks should have different tag groups.

Link Workspace to Slack Canvas.
Hi, we would like to have a button on workspace page to redirect to Knowledge base. For us, link it to Slack Canvas its the best, but it could be configurable. Right now there is no place to share workspace level information (knowledge, documents) with team. (only per task and its not the way for general info).

Subtasks!!!, Due Dates and assignees
Subtasks!!!, why assignees in subtasks can not be sorted in panel ? why due dates in subtasks can not be included automatically in my calendar. When handling a big project, it becomes important to have this option available. It is worthless to have due date and assignees option in subtaks if we can not take advantage of this information when trying to sort subtasks by assignee or get all subtasks included in calendar.

Sort by assigne considering subtasks
I would like to sort by assignee my subtasks, it only allows to make this sort in main tasks but not in subtasks. The same issue occurs in due dates, it does not show the due dates in subtasks when filtering by due date, it only shows due date on main tasks. It could be nice to have the subtasks when filtering by assignee and due dates.

Subtask under the Checklist
I use both the desktop app and mobile app
When adding a Task and then a Checklist, being able to add a Subtask under the checklist.
Also being able to add an attachment or picture to the item in the checklist

Option for changing colour of fonts
In widget in calendar view and task view the option for changing colour of task fonts is highly required so that easily trace and monitor or see the priority of work.

Support backup & restore all data
We all live in a dream until the day we LOSET OUR DATA....
Whether because of human error, or hacking, or loss of access, or any other reason, when we lose our little world it becomes broken, disoriented and lost.
We'll hear technical support say they're sorry... but at this point it's too late for you.
The solution is simple, BACKUP and RESTORE all data of Any.do.
Like Todoist do...If we are aware of the problem, we can prevent it instead of crying later!

Show tags within the Family / Workspace Views
Once you move into using Shared Spaces, the tags list disappears on the Web App, but this is a super useful way to jump quickly between tags. The logic seems to be that the tags are board specific, but that seems ok to me - can't we just have a dynamic list of tags that updates as you move between boards?
The feedback I got was that you can get to your tags from the Super Search, but this means you've got to remember all of the tags you've created, for each board, which seems sub-optimal. Having them in the…
