Moving boards across Workspaces
It would be nice if we could move boards across workspaces. For example, if I have a board named Questions and multiple workspaces, it would be nice to move Questions to whichever workspace we prefer.

On view mode I would like to filter the tags globally - all of my boards have the same tags. Ex.: all priorities on all of the boards.

Boards: Print option on web/desktop
Ability to print to do lists and Do list from a Kanban Project Board. This is a basic one but this would be super helpful

Tasks: Animation for completed tasks
I heard that you are going to be placing a list of completed tasks on the left menu bar in the next couple of weeks. We're thrilled! thank you. ;-) We'd love to see an animation feature that the admin could turn on or off for tasks such that when a task is checked off, the employee could see a confetti animation in addition to it having a line through it. Gen X employees would especially love this.

Board Automations: "Archive a task" as an action
Board Automations are great, but it should include "Archive a task" as an action after the trigger, so tasks can actually disappear from the board.

attachments - allow choice of displaying as thumbnail gallery or just file names.
The thumbnail gallery of attachments clutters the task. Please allow two display choices for attachments: “thumbnail gallery” or “file names”.

Tag Groups - Managing tasks should have different tag groups.
Allow me to set tag groups: example
Priority - Critical, High, Medium, Low
Type - Design, Implementation, Acceptance

add a share button beside view and download button in attached document so we can directly share file from there via whatsapp, mail,etc.

Board Tasks: Indicate amount of task
know how many tasks meet a certain filter, section, date, label, complete, pending, etc.

Product: Save automation rules in board templates
Now all automation rules are lost in the template. And I have same rules for all boards, which use this same template. And I have to add the automation rules separately to each and every board that I create using my template.
Please add automation rules to templates you save

Board Tasks: Indicate section in the 7 Days/All Tasks views
Show task columns in "Al my tasks" & "Next 7 days" for workspace tasks (now it shows only the board name). Please let location of the workspace task in "Al my tasks" & "Next 7 days" show not only the space > board information, but space > board > column

Views: Allow moving tasks between columns in custom views
Now all custom views with columns don't allow to move tasks around. You need to open separate tasks to change the column, but it would be easier just to move it over, like in the boards.

Notifications: Always alert assignee
Chat notifications for a person.
When a person is assigned to a task, writing in the chat will automatically notify this person (or people) without the need to mention them again in the chat. In settings, you can disable notifications for a specific task.1 vote -
Board Tasks: Copy with custom fields
Custom fields: when you copy a task with custom fields, the content of the fields are also copied.

Views: Make Custom fields visible for External Viewers
It has no sense to Publish a board for external viewers, if they won't see the full content of the cards on the board (the custom fields are missing on the cards).
Also it would be better to allow external viewers to switch views, so they can see the table view.

Boards: Add "archive completed" to sections quick-actions
Add an option to archive only completed task in a column, not just "all tasks" as it is now.
