indeed, for Chrome.
It would be nice to have a posibility of changing keyboard shortcuts
Can you please introduce keyboard shortcuts. Actually, I don't understand why you don't have keyboard shortcuts. Shame shame
The new MacOSX client made me quit using any.do desktop, because I can't hide the window anymore (cmd-h). It is always in my way, if minimized it clutters my taskbar without reason. If I would try it, this would be a showstopper for me to use it. I hope you will re-instate the old behavior soon.
@lasse we understand that this is a feature requested by some of our users; however, at this time we have bigger and more urgent features to work on. The reason why this request was open for more than 4 years is because we have been working on an entirely new web app that just launched and we are still working on optimizing it. Once we are able to prioritize more minor features, we will be sure to reconsider this :)
I made a Greasemonkey script that adds basic keyboard shortcuts
I was able to make it in an hour or so, so it is incredible that this issue has been open for more than four years. This really makes me question why I am paying for this?
* Install greasemonkey extension
* Install this script: https://openuserjs.org/scripts/lldata/Any.do_keyboard_shortcuts
* press 'c' to create a new task
* press 'e' to edit a task
* press 's' or '/' to search tasks
* When searching pressing tab and enter selects a search result
There is no support, but maybe this is useful to some of you.
I have only tested with firefox and windows 10
Please add this! I use this for organizing my school assignments which often have a lot of attached information. I'd like to copy and paste information into the web browser so I have a good view of all the requirements of an Assignment.
Please add this feature any.do! Todoist is a good example of it! Is it so hard to implement???
No keyboard shortcuts is a dealbreaker for a productivity application.
Is this still not a thing? WTF any.do!
The lack of keyboard shortcuts prevents me from switching to Any.do. To quickly add values there should be a shortcut. You are losing my subscription until you add it.
This is extremely important for any power user!
And face it, people paying a subscription fee are your power users!
I often just shut down the web version because it is cumbersome to add my tasks into it. Take some ideas from Gmail's shortcuts they are superb!
You guys are software developers, you should practically know how tedious it is to use 'point and click' systems for doing simple things on an interface!
I am so appauled at the fact that so many customers have requested this feature and there has not even been ONE response by Any.do! I am 100% considering canceling my account. Any.do could be one hell of an app - but it is missing those things we all love...the number 1 thing being keyboard shortcuts.
Also there is no desktop version for windows..there is no way to easily store notes or a journal, there is no AI command capability. Let's be honest, every productivity app has some type of AI integration so that the user is able to speak to it's app like an assistant.
You guys have the look and feel down...but your customer service is obviously at a zero - from what i've seen in this post...and you haven't completed your product yet. Why didn't you notify users of lack of keyboard shortcuts? Why did I just waste 20 mins looking for the keyboard shortcut info page? Why have I wasted tons of time looking on the web for features you don't have yet?
Step it up - the competition out there for this kind of app is huge. Too bad.

It speeds up work on the browser when i can press the ESC button to close popups (such as the "edit-task" screen)
We need Shortcuts!!!!
I’d like a shortcut using command+R to do an automatic sync on the MacBook app instead of having to scroll up and click the sync button.
Me too. No shortcut is rediculous.
