Reminders: Multiple daily reminders / location reminders
Now I can create one reminder. I would like to create alerts for a few hours and alert for one day.

Exactly. My father has kidney failure. He needs it.
I too need this feature..for water and medicine.
Hmm, till then I have put reminders of medicine as 1.hv med,2.hv med n have put alarm on each.
Other way we can do this is put alarm for " have water" and once the alarm pops up snooze it for the hrs that you want reminder to pop up again.
But problem that I have reported here is that any.do team had this recurrent alarm feature in old version for free app.Now they have removed it from free app and we need to pay monthly for premium in order to have recurring alarm.
It's very very disappointing.

From my point of view, there are (at least) 2 types of recurring tasks, which i would like to give you an example:
1st: A task can be recurring, and the re-occurance date has to be fix. Example: You have to send someone an tax overview at the 1st of the month. Now, of course you do not work on every 1st of the month, but the re-occurance date should be always the 1st, no matter if during the previous month you sent this tax overview on the 2nd or the 3rd. In the next month, it should occur, of course, again on the 1st.
2nd: A task can be recurring, and the re-occurance date has an dependency when the task have been performed the last time. Example: Your dentist says, you should switch every 6 weeks your toothbrush. Now, if you take your toothbrush whyever 8 instead of 6 weeks, then of course, the re-occurance date should also remind you 6 weeks after the last change, and not on a fixed date; because in this example, you would get reminded after only 4 weeks.
It would be amazing to see these 2 different recurring tasks options in the upcoming versions of any.do - at least what i read about, no to-do-app at all in the market seems to differentiate between these two options at the moment!

If you have a task due or a bill in a months time. You should be able to remind yourself a week out then two days out and on the day it is due.

Quarterly is so important -- for everything from compliance to how often I spray the house for bugs. NOBODY else offers it. This would be huge.

Would be nice to have an option for hourly recurrence, in addition to the existing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly recurrence.

The current options for alerts times are very restrictive. This keeps me from adopting Any.do as my calendar.
To see how it's done, please take a look at the WeekCal iPhone app. Alerts can be customized for any time relative to the event (e.g. "1 hour 25 minutes before") or any absolute time (e.g. "Sunday at 3:35pm"). Plus they allow any number of reminders.
WeekCal is also nice in that it allows a default Alert for new events, which is both a time saver and a safety, ensuring a reminder is always set.

Add notifications for specific days to tasks. For example, let me select two days a week. Remember those two days.

For example you need to wash your car every two months but it is not possible to do that exactly after two months. So you can set a timed task and after washing your car you delete it like every other task too but the new setting creates a new task with a due date with two months in the future.

I would like to schedule school or work related events to repeat daily except on Saturday and Sunday. I can program my 10-year-old alarm clock to ring only 5 days a week. I hope it's possible to add the same feature to the app.

At most time a task has a due day and I will be notified some time(says 1 hour) before it, right? Setting reminder force me to choose a time earlier than the due time which it not that convenient.

It would be great if an option is provided so that we can be reminded about a particular task twice on the same day at different times. In this case one serves as a prior notice and other as a call to action.
