How Can We Improve Any.Do for personal users?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Customization: Add more themes to choose from

    Add way more theme options for the premium account. Preferably more background options , contrasting font colors, and emoji. More Themes Please!

  3. Product: Check-boxes for Subtasks

    In Task View, you can not distinguish between tasks and notes. For many entries it is very confusing. A checkbox like in the calendar view would be very helpful here.

  4. Product: Focus Mode Notification (end time)

    In Focus Mode, it would be good to have an Alarm Sound when the Focus Timer is complete.
    Currently - It only shows the "Awesome" screen, but there is no sound to draw my attention.

  5. Integration: iOS share sheets

    Please utilize the iOS Share Sheets function so that a task can easily be created from a URL when using Safari

    We’re working on a new individual Task View that will be launched within a few months and applies to the widgets as well.
