Lists: Enable duplicating lists
It would be nice if we had the ability to duplicate a list. For example, if I had a list of things to pack for a trip, I would like to duplicate that list, and look at it again at the end of my trip when I'm packing again to get home. Now when I score off items they disappear and I have to create that very same list again from scratch.

You can duplicate tasks within our board (Family and Workspace plans): https://support.any.do/en/articles/8635285-managing-board-tasks#h_2bec260929
Also, you can create a board-template and repeat it as needed: https://support.any.do/en/articles/8635015-board-templates#h_9e69812086

I really need a similar option, so i can have predifined shifts so i can fully use any.do as a calendar tool, otherwise i need also a shift planner tool.

I would like to create a locked shopping list so that way I can always visit it over and over again when I want to make that certain meal at home.
IE
I want to make tacos
I would select the tacos shopping list
Then I would check off items I get while at the grocery store.
Then next month if I decide to make the same dish again I could select the saved shopping list and use it over and over through out the year all while being able to modify my locked list if I need to.Same goes for events, IE I like to throw birthday parties for my kids so I would select my locked birthday party list and it auto adds Cake, Candles, balloons, and food etc.

I work shifts 2 days 2 nights 4 off, alongside my window cleaning business and would be great if you had a feature where I can simply enter my shift pattern and it enters it in to the rest of the calendar.

It is not easy to read the groceries that we bought to uncheck to buy again. They all have the strikethrough line that makes it hard to read what is below it. It would be much better to just fade out what is accomplished/done. So it would be easier to read them and uncheck. This is the easiest change that you can do and would help everyone. Today, it is easier to do my grocery list with Evernote.

This would also be great for our grocery list! Every week we buy groceries and have to write out the same list because we checked the items off last week. If there was a location to keep saved lists and each week I was able to copy that list back to my grocery list, it would save us so much time!! Thanks for considering this.

Wow, I'm surprised Any.do hasn't taken any action to implement this function. It's as essential as it is straightforward.
I've been a light user on Any.do, shopping around different calendar / task management tools, and unable to commit to one. I'm currently deciding whether or not Any.do is worth upgrading to a paid plan. One of the features I didn't even question to have is the ability to duplicate an existing list. We own some rental properties and it would help if I can have a master list of tasks that can then be duplicated and crossed off for each rental.
I can "export" and then "paste" back into a list manually, but it loses all the timing. To be honest I'm baffled the developer hasn't taken note of such a basic request.

The suggestions grocery list are useless, since first it seems to be a default list which doesn't change at all and second the suggestes items are things i hardly buy.
It would be a great improvement, if the app would save former items and display them as "new and individual" suggestions. -

Could you please consider giving the lists the ability to archive their completed tasks in the specific folder?
For example, it would be great if we had a smart meal plan folder. This would greatly compliment the app's existing smart grocery list.
Since Any.do doesn't want to do any sort of sophisticated archival system, could you instead have a meal plan folder that we could use with locally archived tasks so busy people don't have to recall every meal they found recipes and ingredients for? I promise you busy families would absolutely love this feature.

This is a basic need for us list makers and users.

The items in the lists should get assigned automatically the day of the LIST - by default. If somebody wants - they change individual task date to the day they want ...
saves lots of time and clicks

Click on the list in the Grouped veiw, it becomes highlighted like selected items on all computer platforms and text manipulation programs then select the 3 dots that symbolize the options drop menu and move your moused down to the "Copy list" feature. Boom you now have the same list with one added word "copy". This is so basic. With all of the features that Any.do offers, it would save me soooo much time to simply be able to copy and paste a list.

We created a grocery list in the order the items are in the store. But when we check off items we buy and then go to add them back on the list to buy later, they get sent to the bottom and back to the top. So then we have to go back and re-order the list again every time. Why does the app change the order on our lists like that? I can't use it if I have to recreate my lists every time.

Have a feature for repeatable checklists like this application: https://secure.cleverchecklist.com/#/login - I would like to only use any.do if possible. Thanks!
