Product: Create list/task from template
It would be really nice, if there was a feature to make template tasks that could be put easily in any folder and i have to change the name or other stuff, because there are lots of tasks that are similar to each other in the subtasks and notes for example.

I really love this app. Have been trialling it and it really is great. No duplicate feature is a deal breaker for me. I was about to upgrade to premium but this feature would be required. I have the same set of tasks due for every client so it would be great to duplicate.

I'd like to see this in combination with adding additional layers within a list. For example, I'd like to have a "Classes" list that contains an individual list for all 5 of my classes. Each individual class list would then have sections - Resources, Readings, Exam Dates, etc. Todoist has an excellent template for this that I cannot come close to replicating with Any.do's limited features. Having tasks as templates that you can drag and drop into your to do lists as they arise for tasks that do not repeat at time intervals.

How is there no way to even duplicate a task and its subtasks? Like others I'd love to have a "travel" todo list that can be copied for each trip. Even if I pay for premium and Zapier, I still can't find a way to accomplish this. Feels like a really basic feature with lots of power, really surprised it isn't possible.

May I suggest as an alternative, the ability to click a button that simply unchecks all items in a particular list. I, too, have a "permanent" packing list for trips. As I complete an item, I naturally check it as "done." But then of course, for the next trip, I have to manually uncheck all the items to start over. Obviously it would be easier if I could do that with one click. Wouldn't that basically create the equivalent of a "template"?

Yes, this is the only reason I am using Asana instead of Any.do. if this feature was implemented so I could give template lists for my standard business processes.... I would switch immediately to Any.do

This should not even be a vote-worthy issue.
This is a REQUIREMENT for ANY To-Do List type of program.I'm considering moving to another platform, if this doesn't get implemented ASAP.
I can't believe this has been pending for 5yrs!
That's absolutely crazy! -

YES, please.
The inability to duplicate Tasks and Lists is the main reason i have quit using Any.do. -

I am a teacher and use this to keep track of what I have planned or how far through the planning process I am. Having a template would be useful as at the moment I am having to create reminders and set up all my classes with the same subtasks one by one and then have them remind me each week. This is not ideal as it is an entirely different lesson and I am overwriting last weeks lesson.

Sometimes certain checklist is required to accomlish a task. App should have option to creatae multiple check list and re-use them linking with tasks.

For any common words, tasks (like grocery items currently do) lots of time could be saved if you populate suggested items and then click on them.

To be able to reuse items or entire lists (like a checklist). Example, I travel and want to pull up the common things I need to pack. Some trips need additional things but to pre-load or build out the essentials items of the list would be a huge time saver. Was able to re-use items on another app by unchecking them as complete (from the list history). And I know you have the completed items in the settings section, but they are not grouped by the list they came from, which means you can’t bring back those items easily.

Cloning a task would be very useful and the best template...

I travel a lot and before each trip make a project to plan such things as:
- what has to be completed before i leave
- what to pack
- who i plan to see when i am there
- what needs to be completed while i'm there
- what i need to bring back
etc.
Many of these things are similar for all trips, and a template that could be duplicated and then customised for each trip would be a big help. As it is i have to re-create (re-type!) a similar project for every trip. -

I see clients weekly at different times. I would like to be able to select an appointment from day or week view, copy it in It's entirety and select the next and paste it exactly(if the time is the same) or be able to "paste and edit" if the time is different. Gemini Calendar does this but it appears the company is gone so the program isn't syncing properly. I am looking for a new cale dar.

Be able to Have Templates for Sub Tasks. I like to list My clients in the subtasks so i know what companies i still need to complete the main task for. Save as a template would be way easier than typing the same 30 Companies every time

I have a certain task with subtasks that will be repeated on various days/week and it is pretty tedious to rewrite the task and subtasks to accommodate those fluctuating days. It would be nice to have a preset task with all my saved subtasks to prevent rewriting them over and over each time I create a new reminder.
